Located in the terrific and amenity-rich La Isla complex, this beautiful condo features sleek and modern decor, over 1400 square feet of living space, and is just a 5 minute walk away from the beach!
The complex is conveniently located on the less congested South end of the island. Your own parking spot is located directly in front of the condo, making unloading your luggage a breeze! Groceries, restaurants, beach stores, or anything else you may need is no more than a 5 minute drive away. However, once you arrive, you may find that you don't need to drive anywhere at all! With two swimming pools, two jacuzzis, a gym, and a charcoal barbecue pit area, you have everything you need right at your vacation home! You'll reach a sparkling swimming pool just 13 steps out the back door. The beach is just a short walk away. Also at the complex are elevated sun decks overlooking the pool area, which are great for hanging out on!
The master bedroom at this condo entails a King bed, TV, and private en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom entails a tiled walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom entails two Full beds and a TV. The third bedroom features a TV and two Queen size beds. All three bedrooms have spacious closets. A second full bathroom can be found in the common area. The condo has a fantastic main living area that's open and spacious, making it perfect for entertaining friends and family. The kitchen has nice granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a huge island, and is fully stocked with all the kitchenware you may need to prepare an appetizing meal.

The condo was a good size. The bedding was needing an update along with the pillows. It was not an easy access to the beach. The ground floor was great because we have a family member with limited walking ability. The biggest inconvenience was the parking. They only allowed 1 parking permit and for a condo that sleeps 10 I don’t understand how they expect all 10 people in one vehicle. Also they didn’t have a solution for the parking problem. The closest parking said Towing enforced. I even asked about paying for another parking permit but it was not allowed. We ended up parking close to the beach access which was like 5 miles away. For this reason we will not be renting from you again.

This condo was comfortable and clean. The listing was accurate. Pool area very clean and beautifully landscaped. Staff at SPI Rentals was very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again!

Loved how quick the property manager got back to us with the slight hiccups we came across! They truly go above and beyond! Perfect size for us. We had 4 adults and 5 children. We enjoyed our pool time and the cool rooftop sitting! I loved sharing the sunset with my mom and babies!!! The only thing we really wished was there is the bunk beds with trundle. But we made it work!! Thank again!

This is our first time getting a condo at this property. We definitely loved it! The place was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved that we had the pool right outside our door, the gym was a bonus... it's a bit outdated with equipment but still was able to use it. Location was perfect for us, it was quite and away from large crowds. We will definitely be returning! We recommend it 100%!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Best part was parking near the unit was across the parking spaces. Made our unloading & loading super easy. The two pools were awesome in the a large part of were 3ft. Perfect for families with young children. I wish the unit would’ve had beach toys for the kids. Some furniture pieces need replacing. The unit was spacious, had plenty of lights & natural light. I would stay again.

Unfortunately, check in was bad! I reserved a condo for 10 people and was only provided with1 permit. SPI RENTals said they can only give us 1 due to the fact that HOA was closed for the weekend and they couldnt do anything about it. They suggested for us to park our vehicle in an empty lot across the unit if we didnt want our vehicle to be towed. It was a real inconvenience for us having 3 kids smallest of 2 yrs old and it ruined our first day of stay. Honestly, staff was just trying to get us out of their hair, it was very rude. I had to flag down an officer to make sure it wasn't a tow away zone. Security was nice enough to help out and let us park onsite but he made no promises that our vehicle could be towed after his shift was over. I called SPI Rentals office around midnight and had to talk to maintenance about pass. This time rep was nice and provided a pass quickly. Overall, we lost a day worrying about parking. Hopefully, SPI rentals can compensate for this inconvenience. But surely doubt it.

The condo was really nice and clean. Rooms were spacious and we were able to fit everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool was right in front and the beach was in walking distance from where we were. Would most definitely stay again!

Nice place
We had a great time. The living room and kitchen were much more spacier than I expected. It's a gated condo and codes were used for the doors instead of keys, which was nice. Didn't have to worry about losing keys. They have a gym too but we couldn't get in with the code provided. We also couldn't walk to the beach as advertised. Otherwise, the place was clean and nice.

Excellent vacation
The property is in a great location, well maintained and furnished. It is on the ground level with easy access to the parking lot making it easy to bring groceries and luggage in. There is a workout room, two pools and whirlpools right out the back door. It is a gated community, easy access to the ocean. Near waterpark, fishing and dolphin tours.
