This NEWLY RENOVATED 6BR/3BA This space is perfect for groups traveling to Louisville. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the brand new remodeled kitchens and open concept living spaces. The quaint sitting areas are perfect for taking a break from the day's activities.

Six private bedrooms with new comfortable bedding (4 queens, 1 king, 1 double) and brand new modern bathrooms make this the perfect space for a trip to Louisville.

Trendy neighborhood with a large variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bars, etc. One of the best locations in Louisville.

Neighborhood is walkable. Lyft or Uber can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in Louisville for $25 or less (normal rates) but be prepared to pay increased rates Derby weekend. Rentable scooters available in the area.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful property in Louisville! This spacious home, featuring six bedrooms and three baths, comfortably accommodated our entire group. Each room was well-appointed and offered a cozy retreat after our busy days exploring the city. One of the standout features of this home is its proximity to downtown Louisville. We were just a short distance away from all the major attractions, including the vibrant local restaurants, bars, and cultural sites. It made our stay incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily immerse ourselves in the city's charm and energy. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing and socializing. Additionally, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property were impeccable. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Their recommendations for local spots were on point and added so much to our experience. In summary, this Louisville home exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in the heart of the city. We can't wait to return!

We attended PGA, played some local golf, did a bourvon tour, and ate out 4 nights in a row. The location was perfect for everything.

A group of eight adults stated this location and rented the upstairs and downstairs. It was perfect to wagon wheel out of and visit the various Bourbon distillery. Quiet, easy-going neighborhood easy access to downtown and very clean. The check-in was a smooth process and the owner was prompted, sending messages and answering questions. Very clean and all the amenities necessary for nice day. Highly recommended for your next vacation.

4 of us were in town for an expo at the Kentucky Expo Center, so we did not spend a ton of time at the house, but was a great clean place to come back to after a long day. The property manager, Brandon, always responded to my messages right away and made the check in/out process very easy. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when we are back next year.

My only complaint was that we couldn’t control the thermostat! And the sheets on the beds were subpar. Otherwise- FABULOUS!!
