Bear Cove Falls is a newer, large four-bedroom cabin that offers stunning views of the Smoky Mountains without having to drive the mountain roads. This property has enough space to enjoy a group of up to 14 people. Three bedrooms have King beds-one with a futon and one has a queen over queen bunk bed. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom. Between a hot tub, pool table, and arcade game there is something for everyone. The large porch offers plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the beautiful mountain view. Additionally, the cabin boasts a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. Located on a cul-de-sac at the end of the street provides plenty of parking for your group.

You have to print out a PDF for check-in which is a little antiquated. It's through a property management company, not an individual, so a newer system would be nice. The location was good - proximity to Dollywood was easy, the house is in a good spot in neighborhood. It was clean, but not spotless. There were dirty washcloths on the porch when we checked in, a hair in the towels, etc. For the most part though, it was clean. There were no trash bags provided beyond the one in the kitchen trash. There was not a lot in the kitchen beyond a few plates and cups. Sufficient, but not spectacular. The fuse blew one of the nights we were there. They said they'd send someone to come fix it and refused to tell us where the fuse box was located. They didn't come until the next day, so we didn't have electricity upstairs the first night.

Huge house, nice hot tub, spacious closets! Fun arcade game & nice pool table. Big bathrooms & plenty of dishes. I was ecstatic they a a Christmas tree up in the living room beside the beautiful fireplace. Parking was more than we could ask for. It was a super stay all around.

Our church youth group stayed at this property while attending a conference at the LeConte center. It was a great location and had tons of room for the adults and kids to all spread out and unwind. The 4 bathrooms were especially useful for our group to help everyone get ready on time. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was as advertised, it was a nice place to spend time with family when taking a break from all the activities around the area. Everything worked as it should and the cabin was clean. The kids loved having the hot tub at the place and the community pool was a nice feature also.

We were looking to be close to Dollywood and hoping to golf while there. This location was perfect close to everything we needed and stuff we didn’t know we wanted until we got there. Check in was super easy. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, balcony views are incredible! Only semi negative or simply a way to improve would be a few more seats (one more couch or a loveseat) in the living room area for a house this size. We will definitely look for this property again!

Would recommend this cabin to anyone! Lots of room and space for the entire family. The decks were great to sit out any time of the day! The hot tub on the bottom floor was great also. Great location. It is close to the parkway and Dollywood. The cabin is in a cul de sac which was very private.

This cabin was perfect for our family getaway. The location is fantastic all the way at the top of the hill and plenty of parking. Just minutes away from the main attractions. The pictures were accurate and everything was exactly as pictured. You won’t be disappointed in this cabin.

Great location. Thank goodness there wasn't any steep hills. We had booked another place but driveway was so steep we couldn't get all the vehicles in the driveway. So glad we found the other place.

Nice property. Location is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Good views. Room for everyone to have space to themselves and to hang out together. The only bad thing to say is that there were areas that were filthy. The bathroom was dirty around the baseboards and the white towels had rust color stains on them. There were some clear rubber bands that fell out when we picked up a washcloth and towel. There were cobwebs on the ceilings. When you are paying that much for a rental, you expect it to be clean!

Perfect retreat for family

Check in process was very quick, the team were wonderful to work with, directions provided were very easy to follow. The photos in the listing do not due justice to this wonderful cabin!! The cabin was very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Traveling with grown children with different interest can sometimes wear on a person, but with everyone having their own room with a private bathroom made the stay very enjoyable----the pool table and arcade game were a big hit with everyone. We loved sitting on the upper deck in the evening and having coffee on the main deck in mornings---I loved the rocking chairs! There was ample parking for both of the large vehicles that we brought. Lastly even though it was tucked away it was very convenient to everything our family wanted to do during our stay. Our family are already making plans to stay in this amazing cabin again.
