About this apartment rental
With its decoration curated by Roman architects – this central apartment maintains its historical identity by preserving original features that have been carefully updated and modernized to suit contemporary standards and practicality. We particularly love the spectacular, high ceilings, which have allowed the space to be optimized through the incorporation of mezzanine bedrooms.
There are, rather impressively, three bathrooms here, in such a compact space, meaning guests can enjoy extra privacy when staying here. For those in town on business, the designated desk area serves perfectly with enough space to set up a laptop, or the neighbourhood many cafes and restaurants may too suit you well should you wish to soak up the picturesque locale while working remotely.
You'll be located within easy walking distance from many of Rome's top sights. For example, stroll just 80 meters, and you'll wind up at Chiostro del Bramante. Meanwhile, you'll also be a convenient 100 meters away from the charming Piazza Navona and only 140 meters from Via Coronari – deemed one of the ten most beautiful streets in the world.
Home truths:
*There is a shared entrance to the building through the main foyer/corridor.
*The ceiling in one of the bedrooms is very low and there's also a low exposed beam in the other bedroom.
*The upstairs bedroom can get quite warm.
*The kitchen lacks basic essentials.
*Guests felt that the shower pressure was weak, and hot water was intermittent. One of the bathrooms is a wet room, with no barrier between the shower and the rest of the room.
*The staircase to the second level is very steep, so this home might not be the best option for young children or those with reduced mobility.
*This apartment is in a central city spot, so with that in mind, you may hear some noise – if you're a light sleeper, we suggest packing earplugs
