In the hills of Bairro Alto, this region's steep inclines make for a well-deserved view at the top. On the way up, you’ll also find cobbled streets full of restaurants, independent boutiques, and cafés. And as this bohemian area comes particularly alive after dark, this apartment is perfectly located just two minutes from the drinking and dining spots of bustling Rua da Rosa. But unlike some of the pink streets nearby, the facade of this home is distinctly blue. In fact, this theme continues inside too. Blue floor tiles throughout the apartment are there to remind you of the azure waters of the River Tagus. Natural wicker furniture and woven rugs replicate the sandy shores of Portugal’s many gorgeous beaches. While the decor creates a calm and down-to-earth feel throughout this bright home, your host offers an altogether more luxury experience. They can arrange for an in-house chef, spa treatment, and have fresh breakfast delivered to your door every morning. Or if you fancy taking up a private city tour, they can send a babysitter to look after the little ones while you hit the town.
