A very clean appartment with an extremely polite host in an excellent location

Gram Suites is located in one of the most attractive areas of Naples, next to the marina. The appartments are absolutely clean, the lines and towels change is on the daily basis. A bar 24/7 is situated in the building and further three restaurants / pizzerias in a distance up to 50 meters. The host is exceptionally polite.

There is seemingly a hot water problem (the water was never really hot). There was no satisfactory solution during our stay. Therefore the "7" note only

MY STAY WAS FABULOUS!

LOVED THE LOOCATION, THE HELP FROM THE FRONT DESK, ROOM WAS CLEAN AND IT HAD THE COMFORTS NEEDED FROM A STAY AWAY FROM HOME PLACE! I FELT SAFE

I DID NOT GET A ROOM WITH A SEA VIEW, SOMETHING THAT I WAS REALLY HOPING FOR.

i like the VIew of room. very ncie.. soft.. then the room. what im expecting is what i've seen and stayed. the the bfast.. so very easy to get down stairs and go to bar napoli and make bfast and the bar is GOOD also. the staff and location.. very nice. i think u need to put that bfast in the booking coz if im didn't ask for bfast into to a staff i think we didn't tell me about that. so, better if you put in the booking where they can bfast also.. so, keep the good work so maybe the b&b will be 5 star next time few years from now. God bless

Good

The view is phenomenal. Spanish Quarter was some distance away through busy streets, so taxis were frequent. Traffic is aggressive, impatient, but most importantly time consuming. Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient cafe and dinner location downstairs.

Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows old and lumpy. Stains on sheets that are not changed when rooms are cleaned. No refrigerator or air conditioning. Need earplugs to sleep especially on Saturdays when the street below turns into a cruise location. Fabulous for people watching, the driving below is loud, dangerous and interesting viewing.

This place needs better housekeeping and the refurbishment will bring it to another level.

The location is superb. Fantastic view from the window. The stuff is very helpful.

The room doesn’t look fresh. Everything is shabby. A very strange arrangement of the room. ( you sleep somewhere between the bath tube and washbasin. The toilet is on the podium. Almost no place for your garments.) Practically no sound isolation. If someone in the neighbourhood is going to the toilet it wakes you up.

Not a place to relax. Street noise and uncomfortable bed will make you check-out tired.

Within walking distance you can find plenty of restaurants. Cross the road and enjoy a walk on the promenade. Want to visit the old city and Spanish quarters? It will take about 35-45 minutes to get there by foot. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable. Way too soft for a hotel bed and perhaps not a good quality mattress. Pillows didn't make it much better. Big, synthetic, uncomfortable, sore neck. What was worse then the uncomfy bed is the street noise. Till deep in the night you will be kept awake by honking cars and scooters. The description of the b&b states that the rooms are noise proof, but this is a really not the case. The walls are made of drywall and you can hear the receptionist cough and the phone ring. The doors to the balcony close, but most of the sound still comes in. Lastly, the wifi kept loosing internet connection. this would happen couple of times during the time that I was trying to work and it would recover automatically within 5 minutes. Quite annoying still.

Pleasant and comfortable stay !

The rooms were spacious and very cozy besides being clean. The location is superb ! For all situations ! The conventioned parking garage , the metro , the waterfront all with in 4 minutes walk! To complete the breakfast is very welcomed from the management. Highly recemmended.
