Inside, you’ll find the perfect living area for a cozy evening in: light a fire in the gas fireplace, put your feet up on the sectional and oversized ottoman, and turn on the 40-inch with DirecTV. Also included in the open layout of the main space is a stainless-and-granite kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, double-door fridge, and microwave. Join the cook at the granite counter with three barstools. When the feast is ready, serve it up at the adjacent dining table.
From the main space, access the balcony, which has a view of the neighborhood, and a second dining option: an open-air patio table. The primary bedroom and bath are a treat. Whoever claims this room gets a king bed, a 32-inch TV and a spa-like attached bath with a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a set of twin-over-twin bunks. Keep clothes clean thanks to an in-unit washer/dryer next to the second full bath, equipped with a tub/shower combination.

We loved the location, it was convenient to tons of restaurants. The garage was nice. Everyone loved the big couch so we could all hand out together.

The property was pricey. Filthy. We cleaned it ourselves upon arrival. Plumbing issues (tub had water in it and was clogged when we arrived). Heavy wear on the unit. Vacasa was difficult to get meaningful responses from—felt we were texting and emailing with bots. They gave us a small credit for the issues. Not enough. Sooooo disappointing. A very rude/obnoxious repairman just appeared at our door early one morning. We reported him. They sent a nice fellow who fixed some things. He also took photos as I had of the issues. Filthy and spotted carpeting throughout. Filthy dryer. Broken dishwasher. I expected to get more credit for the conditions after speaking with Vacasa agent. The property was not as advertised.

Liked the condo very much. Location was perfect for us. Clean grounds. Low noise. Very nice accommodations. The carpet needs cleaning as do some other specific areas; windows are filthy, white vent on wall is very dusty. The sliding screen door needs repair as does the shade on the deck.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were so happy with everything. I give a thumbs up with the exception of a few cleaning issues.

This place is literally 100 feet from restaurants and bars in Kimble Junction, within 5-10 minutes of the Canyons and Park City ski areas. The place comes with a garage and is very well kept. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable Stay
Overall we had a nice stay at the property. We did have some difficulty with the door code. It would have been helpful to get the garage code upon check-in. We notified management and they helped resolve the issue quickly.
The carpets were looking a bit dirty. Mostly around the doors. It's easy to drag wet shoes and ski boots into the house. Additional floor rugs would help keep things contained.

Company Ski Trip House
Property met expectations and was everything you need in a ski house. It was a bit tricky to find at first and weren’t provided a garage code (where the address initially took us). A place perfect for groups based on location and overall price for 4 nights.
Overall it was a good experience and would stay here again.

The unit was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the resorts. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the property wasn't as current as it should have been. There were six light bulbs that didn't work in various rooms, the carpet throughout the unit is in dire need of cleaning, many of the blinds didn't function (couldn't be adjusted), the linens and pillows needed to be replaced, etc.

Generally, a nice property and I would probably stay again if they fixed some things.
First, replace the lightbulbs for goodness sakes. At least a third of the bulbs were burnt out all over the unit
Second, clean or replace the carpets. Carpet had very visible black stains in various spots, especially at the entrance. Not acceptable.
Third, put in some HD tv's. Who, in this day and age, doesn't have HD tv's in a unit? Both tv's have an old, standard Dish box, and they are tiny. As cheap as that stuff is today, this deserves a big upgrade.
Otherwise, the unit was clean and as pictured. Location was fine but the unit is a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures.
The shower in the Master is so small, I could touch both sides at the same time and I'm not a big person. Not sure how you fix that but it is really inconvenient.
If these issues are fixed and you get a reasonable price, I would recommend this unit.

Let me first start by listing the pros: The home is close to restaurants, shopping and the movie theatre. Living room couch is comfortable for watching movies. Huge garage! Management company was very responsive when we were without water the first morning (think it was a widespread issue). Cons - The home needs a deep cleaning, TVs are very old, pillows need replaced, and limited kitchen supplies.

This condo was in a great location close to restaraunts and shops. They need to remove the carpet from the bathroom and replace with tile, but other than that it was pretty clean. Good size for our family if 5.
