Our home is centrally located in Montauk, just a short walk or bike ride to all that the area has to offer.
With 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a group of 6 can rest & relax comfortably here. We also have a crib and playpen available if traveling with little ones.
The open format living and dining areas provide a great space to wine & dine with friends and family. Ductless air conditioning and wine fridge will ensure you and your guests stay cool amidst the hot summer months!
For open air dining and relaxation, the outdoor deck and patio make great space for such activities. The private, backyard setting, surrounded by untouched nature is a great space for stars & s’mores!
When it's time to reconnect, guests can utilize our Hi Speed WiFi and Smart TV for streaming and internet needs.
Access to public golf, tennis and swimming is less than 100 yards away at the famous, Montauk Downs Golf Course. The Montauk Downs clubhouse also provides an indoor/outdoor grille & bar to enjoy quick bites and cocktails throughout the day.
Montauk’s best beaches and hang outs are just 5 minutes away in any direction. Our home is a cool, clean and convenient host for your upcoming trip!

This house was so perfect for our group. It was extremely clean and has great outdoor space. The location was 3 min from town. We loved our stay!

We stayed for three nights over Thanksgiving while we visited our family in town. The house was great for all four adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, well appointed and as depicted in the pictures. There is plenty of space both inside and out, and it is convenient to town and the beaches. Ryan was super responsive, and could not have been better as a host. We recommend this property to anyone considering it!

Ryan was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great golf trip. The house is located perfectly across the street from montauk downs and is a very clean and convenient place to stay. Will definitely rent for future golf trips in montauk!!

This is a great place to stay if you just need some downtime to relax!! Shopping, dining and couple cool local bars are short distance away. Montauk has become such a desirable place to getaway for a reason, look forward to my next trip here and I will definitely reach back out to Ryan for availability!

Clean, contemporary house in a convenient location. The furnishings and grounds were very good. The only problem was the non-functional hot water handle on the first floor bathroom sink.

Great location / home
Ryan was an excellent host and very communicative. Easy check-in, house was clean and exactly as pictured. Even provided a few local drinks in the fridge with a note that said “drinks on us” which was a really welcoming touch! Perfect location for Montauk, nice 20 min walk to Ditch Plains beach. Would return again.

Great location with big open first floor for eating and hanging out. We were running The Hamptons marathon and wanted a house that was close enough to the race, but also cozy enough for us to stay in, cook a big meal, and get to bed early. This house was just right for that. The house has a great deck and then a nice little patio area in the back. Feels very private and like a true get away. Would recommend and would come back.

This house is excellent!

Montauk vacation with family
We enjoyed our stay at Betty’s place. It’s a short drive to the beach, main town, and restaurants. House is clean, kitchen has everything that we needed, and has washer/dryer too. I would stay here again when I go back to Montauk with family.

Betty’s house is super clean and so well stocked. We stayed for a quick work trip and had everything we could need. The house is fabulous and it’s on a quiet street but super close to everything. Betty was beyond accommodating. She really wanted us to enjoy our week and did whatever she could to make sure we were happy. The house is very clean and has most necessities you’ll need in the kitchen. It’s about 1.5miles from town, so about a 30minute walk to the beach and restaurants. If you’re a golfer it’s literally across the street from the entrance to the public course. The course has a pool which we took advantage of also! Thanks Betty!

Immaculate and 5 minutes to beach and town
This house was beyond CLEAN! Betty has supplied everything you could need for cooking, grilling, paper plates/cups/utensils for a beach outing. Ample pots and pans, coffee, tea, seasonings. The bedrooms were neat and the bedding clean. The airconditioner worked great though we really didn’t need it. Loved that we could bring our dog. Opposite the house is a golf course and morning/evening walks along the road we’re quiet.
The drive to Gosman’s is 5 minutes and same with the beaches.
Betty was a wonderful host. We had a cold night and she texted/emailed to see if we needed more blankets or anything. Also, arrived in two minutes with an electric kettle when I couldn’t find one.
We loved the large tv in the living room and the Wi-Fi worked great. I would definitely return if it weren’t booked the rest of the summer. Thank you, Betty!!

Excellent Experience
The property was great - very clean, meticulously kept, and nicely decorated. The first floor is great for accessibility - I had an elderly parent stay on the first floor, and their bedroom and bathroom were right next to each other. Only a few short steps up into the house. The location can’t be beat if you have any kind of event at Montauk Downs, which is directly across the street. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property owner was clear on her expectations and we had no issues with the property. Would definitely rent again.

Great Week in Montauk!
The whole process was easy, from reservation to check-in to check-out. The house is exactly as listed and was a perfect fit for our family of 5 - three teenagers. We have been to Montauk dozens of times in the past so chose the house based on location and it worked out well. Central to beaches, dock and downtown. We brought our own beach chairs, towels and umbrellas but the house had plenty of chairs and towels to use. Outdoor shower was a good bonus. TV in family room is internet enabled and we used it with our Amazon and Netflix accounts for movie nights. We ate out most meals but the kitchen was very well equipped. All rooms had air conditioning which was a plus and is not the norm everywhere in Montauk. We had one issue and the owner was extremely responsive and corrected the issue within hours. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Great week of vacation!

Perfect Getaway
5 star experience. The house was beautiful, very clean and updated, with three bedrooms two bathrooms and two patios. The location was amazing, in a cute neighborhood and very convenient for anything in Montauk. Check in and check out were super easy, Betty was a fantastic host. We'd come back in a heart beat - Thank you for making our trip so special!
