The apartment is amazing. It's huge, so there is plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved that they each got their own bed and they had a great time playing ping pong.
Patrice is a great host. Very responsive and they're thought of so many little details that just make the stay better.
Would definitely recommend to others and will be looking to stay again next time we're in town.

This property was just a couple miles from shopping, restaurants, and main attractions.
Plenty of books and games and a ping pong table at the property. Lots of space. The property was very clean. It had plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen items, entertainment, and space. The kitchen does not have a stove/oven. But there is a griddle, toaster, microwave, and convection oven.
The bedrooms are quite roomy. The great room had room for all the entertainment.
We were just a couple miles from stores and attractions. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful little basement apartment. The kids loved all of the games and the ping-pong table that was available for them to use. While not super close to downtown, it's only 4 or so miles away from Main street, so it doesn't take long to get anywhere. One of the beds is in the first room/kitchenette that you enter when you enter the apartment, so it's not great if you have people coming and going at different times of the day, but we were able to make it work easily enough. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is very clean, quiet and as well stocked as the space can be. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to Heber City. The owners respond via the app very quickly and are very accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and everything works as it should.
The only thing not amazing about the property is it is a basement apartment so it’s not 100% independent of the house, no washer dryer, no thermostat control. However, for the circumstances the owner is extremely accommodating!

My wife and I spent a cold and rainy night here while finishing our SCUBA certification. This large finished basement could have easily housed my entire SCUBA class. The queen bed in the second room is a bit wobbly and we had to move to the studio bed, but nice place and easy check in.

It was truly a beautiful home and we are so grateful that we had such a nice place to stay!! Everything we needed. It was the perfect gathering place for us to enjoy our time together. Very clean and tidy.
The only thing is that certain things weren’t very clear before we booked, that it would be a basement apartment with a curfew, and also that we had a limit of three car parking spots. That made things a little complicated and we ended up having to park someone else’s car in a different spot, but it all worked out and we had a great stay. Thank you!

Dwight and Patrice went out of their way to see that we were well cared for during a beautiful blizzard. The home was so clean, warm, and fun. The property is near four Utah Ski Resorts and Park City and other fun winter attractions. We'll be back!

We had a great experience here. The large great room with the ping pong table was a huge hit with our six kids. Quiet location with easy access.
