About this house rental

This spacious home has all the amenities to enjoy spending time with family or friends. Centrally located near a park, shopping mall, and several delicious restaurants. Guests might take a walk along the Mighty Columbia River just a few miles from the home by car. Lawerence Scott Park/fields, and The Southridge Sports Complex are around 6-10 min away by car for tournament families.
Enjoy wine country and local tastings or just relax at the house! Coffee and Italian Soda bar provided.
The private pool is offered between Memorial Day and Labor Day due to cooler temps before and after said period.

Guests may sign into their personal accounts for streaming services.

One high chair, and one booster seat provided. Two additional IKEA high chairs available by request. A potty seat, and baby gate for the stairs are also available by request. Puddle jumper life jackets provided.

This home sleeps sixteen maximum. Towels, and linens are available for sixteen people only.

Note: the cleaning fee covers the sanitizing practices and laundering of linens for the 4000 sq feet guests have access. Please leave the home in the condition you found it.

We had a great time at this awesome house. Kymm, the host, was very helpful, accommodating and sensitive to all our needs. The house had everything you would ever need. We were a party of 7 adults, 5 children that were 8 and under and 1 infant. All the wonderful amenities, made it totally unnecessary for us to leave the property during our stay. We were fortunate enough to have really nice weather, so the pool, hot tub & swings were in constant use. It is a 5 star accommodation. Thanks Kymm.

We needed a place where everyone could gather for my daughter's wedding. We were all from out of town. The great room referred to as the "barn" was perfection. The long bar with an almost complete kitchen including ice maker and carbonized water thingy was a huge hit. There were also quiet sitting areas for those who needed a break.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious retreat! It's name accurately describes it. There was plenty of space inside and out to feel like we were not all on top of each other, but close enough to stay connected. We had 16 people and it was quite comfortable for sleeping and enjoying fellowship, board games, and just hanging out together. Highly recommend this site for any group.

WOW..what can one say about this home. It was huge and spacious but also had little nooks and crannies that allowed for some "downtime/personal" spaces as needed. EVERYTHING was provided as advertised (and more extras) were noted. Had a few questions and needs and Kymm was very available and responsive as needed but remained unobtrusive. Location is conveniently in the middle of things. Backyard was huge and gave space for cornhole, swimming (yes some crazys went in Sept)..hot tubbing, swinging for the kids, general hanging out and enjoying the sunshine. While my daughter's wedding was the main event...this home allowed for all of us to enjoy the time, share our love and be comfortable. THANK YOU KYMM and CALEB!

Property was mostly comfortable for 7 adult women. Best would have been 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms! Having several areas to spread out into when not sleeping helped. It was sadly too chilly to fully enjoy the pool. The house was well equipped for cooking and dining. The beds were comfortable. Nice towels and bathroom amenities. The host was most responsive to questions and concerns.

We had a wonderful stay at the home. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk room all together after swimming in the pool all day! The property manager, Kymm, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this home to friends!

This property was huge and fit our needs perfectly. Having different sections of the house and property for different parts of our group was awesome!! The carbonated water dispenser and flavoring options for drinks was an awesome amenity for our kids! Highly recommend staying here!

We booked this home as a place for our work group to stay while we were attending a conference at the Three Rivers Convention Center. It worked out great and there was plenty of room for the four of us with room to spare. We found ourselves hanging out with other co-workers after the conference sessions on the back patio (grilling) and in the large entertaining room (Kraken playoff). Thinking about coming back with the family or a couple of families to enjoy the pool and yard. Great place for group.

From the moment we arrived things couldnt have gone better. We had a large group (13) and a ton of gear but the house had more than enough room and even though we came and went at different times fishing the house was set up so that we didnt have to bother each other when resting. The great room was perfect for dinners and evening catch up sessions. Overall we give this place an absolute A+ Eric

My husband and I rented this beautiful home and invited the wedding party to stay with us. We surprised our son (the groom) and our soon to be daughter-in-law (his bride) with their rehearsal dinner in the back yard along with a pool party. This home was perfect for everyone to get to know each other better and just be together celebrating the marriage of these two wonderful soulmates!! The owners were accommodating with every aspect of our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful! Very clean, great layout for big groups to get together and have separate space. Excellent amenities, the Italian soda set up was a great touch. Location was great, close to every but the back yard and pool made It feel like a private oasis! The host is incredibly! Very responsive and attentive! We highly recommend this property and the amazing host!

It was a great weekend. The house was big enough to accommodate a sober softball team and it would have been better had my teammates brought their children. All in all a great rental for a bunch of friends or families with children that want to enjoy a pool, hot tub, or bbq outdoors!
