Nice, convenient n safe place to stay with in house security guards looking after the building especially carpark.

The cleanliness and the concept of the unit is modern and luxury

Check out time cant be negotiable. Maybe if can extend longer hours will make guest wants to come back for their stay

Excellent really except for the keycard and wifi.

Superb beds and sheets. Whole family slept really well. Clean and location is really good, especially with the supermarket just downstairs.

Wifi could be better. Really slow internet. Should have at least 2 keycards as it was difficult to move stuff to and from apartment and also from the store.

Love the apartment!

The whole place is awesome! Love the quietness and cleanliness.

There is no dish-washing soap in the kitchen although there is hand soap. I realised that the previous guest probably used the spoons on an oily food, and they are still very oily, with a few teaspoons still stuck with food that we can't wash off...

Nice location but I won't come back again

Location is good. Basic amenities are provided. Quiet environment. Check in and out was easy.

The sewage in the master bedroom toilet is very smelly that it stinks the whole bedroom but common toilet was fine. There was no place to hang clothes in the master bedroom toilet as the hanging bar was missing and they did not replace it. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and the knives are still very oily. Finding car park lots was a hassle as the parking lots are very limited.

feel welcome, feel home, feel safe.

i really love and feel home when i was stay at the unit that i stay, for sure i will come back for my next trip. thank you for staff ( 7 of them in the group chat) who was attend us with smile and friendly staff. really appreciate it, more importance is that we feel safe and feel homey when we stay there.

its was small thing, some of dishes and cutlery at ktichen area at unit still oily, i believe it washed but i can deal with it, it was small matter but i think housekeeping team should give more alert to it.

Excellent and value for money

Clean n very well maintained.

Wish there could be tissue paper & better garbage bag quality. Link bridge to JB CIQ is not completed so we had to take grab.

Well equiped apartment with good view of the water

Good location, spacious apartment, good view of the water, near to convenient stores.

The JB sleepover

Extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful environment. The staff was very helpful. Ms Dayah went beyond the call of duty to help me.

The carpark. I parked at B3. No clear directional signs. Went round and round. Had trouble getting out of the mall after I deposited my access cards. Thanks Dayah for the rescue.

Love the room we stayed. The shopping could be better.

Clean. Easy check-in and check-out. 24 hrs halal restaurant. Cheap and delicious.

It’s pretty dark to walk around the area at night. My 74 yrs old mum missed a step at the lobby and fell. We had to shorten our trip and rushed her to the hospital. The place could be more well lit to ensure the safety of the residence and visitors. And many shops at the shopping centre are closed.

10 mins walking distance from train station to the apartment. Near to City square mall and all the major shopping mall by car.

Quiet shopping mall below the apartment. Only a few shops are operated.

Very clean and well maintained ! Equipped with smart TV so we can watch Netflix /youtube. Bed and sofa is comfy. Sheets were clean. 10/10 would book here again

Location was good, near to Pasar Karat. Room was very spacious and the night view is marvelous!

Locations is near customs

The cups and glass were dirty. Card key or the door lock have some issue. The latch door were dislodged when we came in. 1 key card were given as we have 2 person who needs to use which cause us very inconvenience and we have to wait for my partner to come back or go down and fetch him.

Superbly runned accomodation!

Very spacious unit. Crisp & clean with all the unit amenities in good condition. Cozy has pretty good view (if you ignore some nearby construction works).

Parking is a bit far to drive in but thats ok, its a small matter.

بناءا على شقق أفراد وليست فندقية. 1- التعامل من الموظفين 2- يوجد ميكرويف وغلاية ومكواة ومستلزمات الطبخ وبرادة وفلتر. 3- الشقة نظيفة. 4-- كنب الصالة مريح. 6- المسبح لم أزره لعدم تفرغي. 7- وجود واي فاي سريع. 8- الموقع هادئ في الأسفل مول ومطاعم منها برجر كنج وسوبر ماركت. 9- مناسب للعوائل. 10- شقتي كانت بشرفة ذات اطلالة رائعة على سنغافورة. 11- اجعل أبواب الشرفة مغلقة لمنع دخول الحشوات. 12- مواقف مجانية. 13- ذهبنا سيرا على الأقدام مرورا بجسر مشاة إلى مكان الباصات ومن هناك استأجرنا سيارة لمدة 5 ساعات للتجول في سنغافورة والعودة للفندق.

Spacious and clean apartment

Apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Everything was clean and furniture felt new. Very nice decor and close to shops

The bed was very firm so was uncomfortable. Although apartment was onto of a shopping centre, majority of shops was not open

Very cozy and clean unit. Friendly and organized management, easy to communicate. Many restaurants at the mall. Nice play area for kids at lvl 3A. Highly recommended place to stay for vacation.
