The house is a great example of a Victorian Villa, constructed in the 19th Century . This substantial home retains many of the period features where one can submerge oneself into the splendour of the Victorian era but also enjoying all modern living.
The double fronted property with full length windows look out from the large entertaining space through the traditional verandah, over the front garden and into the stunning estuary.
The house is in the heart of Salcombe, just take the nearby steps down into the town centre and you are ready to take advantage of all the local pubs, shops and restaurants or take the ferry to the sandy beaches in East Portlemouth alternatively make your own way on your own your paddleboard !
There are six good sized double bedrooms including a ground floor bedroom and shower/wet room . The property has large front and rear gardens, a garage, ( used as a store for paddle boards, to play table football or just to set aside your wetsuits)
The house also has parking for 3 cars.
