Loved the size of the room, lots of hot water & delicious food!
Lovely staff- they couldn’t do more!
AC wasn’t very cold in the room - but it was fine.
Would like a mini fridge in room for cold water

This villa was everything and more. The staff went out of their way and made my husband's birthday memorable. The decorations for his surprise birthday celebration were on point, the cake, dinner, champagne, everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony with views of Mt Meru. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. I'd recommend their natural juice which was very good. They also have a massage and salon on site. And they had a taxi guy with reasonable rates who drove us whenever we needed transport. Overall I'd 10/10 recommend Villa Arumeru. The hospitality of the staff is unmatched.

The approach by road is interesting and will test your drivers dexterity, sense of direction and the vehicle's suspenbsion as you make your way through some very rough backroads. Staying out of season (late Nov) I was the only guest but the staff were very accomodating and pleasant. As a blind guest travelling solo they were increasibly helpful and attentive.
Not much to dislike here as great attention is paid to guest wellbeing

we stayed at the villa for one night, after our safari tour. it is a nice hotel with very friendly staff! They were all super friendly and supportive with any question that we had. The room was very big and, most importantly, very clean. we really liked it overall!
A little hard to find the Villa but staff was very supportive by offering directions via phone. Otherwise, hard to find any areas of improvement as it is already extremely good :)

We stayed at Villa Arumeru for one night after completing a 3 day safari. The grounds and the hotel itself were beautiful, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. We had a sometimes cranky toddler with us and throughout the stay they did all they could to cheer him up. Prior to our stay, they reached out to change our rooms to better accommodate our group, and the change was perfect, complete with a shared balcony with a view of Mt Meru. The food at the restaurant was great, and it was the perfect respite spot after three days driving all over the parks. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Arusha!
No complaints, other than a warning that the hotel can be a little hard to find as its tucked away in narrow streets from the main road.

This property is spotless and exceptionally beautiful. However the hospitality and kindness of the people who work here make it one of the most comfortable and welcoming places I have ever stayed.
Large spotless room with great shower and WiFi

The staff was amazing. Incredibly polite and going out of their way to help us getting around. We loved how they had extra toothbrushes, razors, bathing supplies and travel sized toothpastes ready for us, in case you’d forgotten anything. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious, we had a view of mount Arumeru and a nice balcony.
We Enjoyed some drinks at the nice bar / pool area and had a tasty complete breakfast at our desired time in the morning. Lovely stay, thanks again for the perfect service!
Matras a bit hard for my taste, but my partner didn’t mind at all, so maybe it’s me. Thanks for everything!

We loved staying here - the rooms were spacious and clean, the pool & bar area was a great place to relax, the food was some of the best we ate during our 2 weeks in Tanzania and most of all the staff were amazing, friendly & courteous. We did a 2 week self drive Safari and we stayed here for a bit of comfort on our last night to relax before flying home and it definitely lived up to our expectations - as well as being a comfortable place to stay, the staff really went the extra mile to look after us, arranging for our postcards to be posted, booking a taxi for us to the airport and they even kindly cleaned our very dusty hiking shoes for us without us even asking, just as part of the room service. Would definitely recommend.
Couldn’t fault this place, we had a great stay.

A true paradise! The staff was super warm, helpful and hospitable. The rooms were very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The food, including the breakfast, was superb. We had an amazing stay and came back after our safari trip for 2 more nights because of our perfect earlier experience.

The staff were wonderful, very attentive, kind, and considerate. We were only there very briefly but they gave us a full service and made us feel very special (The service is very traditional, even doing the “turn down” in the evening.) The room was huge, with a massive balcony overlooking the trees which were filled with birds. Sitting out there in the morning was like being in the middle of a rainforest. It was stunning and the sounds were amazing. In general it was a very beautiful, tranquil place. The grounds and pool looked lovely but unfortunately it was raining when we were there so we didn’t get to utilise it much.
We were only there for one night, so hard to tell, but it seemed to be quite out the way and there weren’t many options for restaurants nearby or places you could stroll to. The menu for the restaurant was quite limited, however I think this was perhaps because there weren’t many guests so they were ensuring they weren’t being wasteful, which of course is good.

The place is like a small oasis outside of Arusha center. We felt very comfortable, peaceful and cozy during our stay. The garden is beautiful, room is clean and comfortable, food is good, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
