It is situated near the harbour for our early morning boat trip to Jersey. There is also somewhere nearby to get an evening snack. The room was clean with tea, coffee, and bottles of water, and there is a comfortable bed and a modern shower.
Our room was small and the double bed was against the wall on one side. There were no water glasses and no shower gel.

Very comfy bed
Good linen
Couldn’t get thermostat so room was hot
Had to open window onto street - woken by bottle bank being emptied at 5 am then rubbish lorry then workmen
No shower gel

Newly and nicely decorated. Comfy bed with fresh white linen and nice fluffy towels. Good shower. Spotlessly clean
Difficult to find. Parking is in multi story car park 10 minute walk away. Room was on ground floor overlooking busy road and footpath. Large ‘shop front style’ window with blinds which had to be kept closed for privacy therefore no natural light. Anyone walking past could see straight into bed if blinds open.
No complimentary toiletries provided, no dressing table or anywhere to sit to do hair. (Easily rectified with bit of thought)
Noisey from fireworks nearby at 11pm. Would be convenient as a quick one night bolt hole if catching morning ferry. Not ideal for more than one night.

Nothing
I should have been told that entry was by a key box to give the opportunity of NOT taking up the booking. I would never choose to book somewhere with entry like this.
9.0
Nice and close to everything
Minor thing would be the ceiling lamp shade easy to bump into but it isn’t dangerous
9.0
It had everything you needed. Was clean and very well maintained. Excellent location.
The room was a little dark and quite small but would definitely stay there again.
10.0
Great location, and really well kept modern interior.
Bathroom was on the small side…but not really a complaint.

Location and instructions for keys were perfect. Rooms were small (boutique) but didn't spend any time in them.
Nothing. Nothing to dislike at all.

Location is very good. Comfort level very good. Nicely fitted out, compact rooms.
Email instructions incomplete- I had to call the owner to obtain keys

The property was situated in a perfect location for our stay. The room was beautifully decorated, the towels and sheets were very comfy. The bathroom was well decorated even though very small.
Even for a boutique room we found the room to be very small.
The bed was pushed into a corner with no room to be able to get out. I am in my 50s and I had to climb over my mum to get out which wasn’t very easy.
The bathroom was very small so very difficult to get dressed in there. Not a room to stay in if you are on the larger side.
We didn’t see any staff so we couldn’t ask for extra toilet roll or tea bags. I didn’t have any information to be able to get hold of anyone.

The decor was beautiful and the location was lovely.
The room was tiny as was the bathroom. While you could brush your teeth as you sat on the loo (bonus!) you could not get changed in the bathroom simply because there just wasn't enough space. There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower so we had to use the hand wash instead. The room was excessively hot but when we flagged it up a fan was produced very quickly. Having a bed up against the wall was not ideal - I would suggest this room not be advertised as a Deluxe Double. It is a single room at best - for future guests make it clear that you do not want room 7 if you are travelling with your partner. The room on the ground floor at the front of the building is what I would call a Double Deluxe! I chose this accommodation because it looked beautiful, next time I will be more practical!

Location is excellent , right in the Port Town of Poole; and a short 50 yard walk from where Taxi can drop off ; surrounded by many restaurants .
It is an old guesthouse , the facade has been modernized , but it is feeling a bit dated inside ; but it is good value for money , and the private bathroom was clean even though quite small

I like how close it was to the Quay.
The walls are really thin so I could hear everything from the room next door.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and good size. Really good location, 10 minute walk to bus station whilst also being around the corner from Poole quay.
Only issue we had was no hot water, however the staff were really quick in contacting a plumber who got the issue resolved.

Excellent location very clean and comfortable
Would have been nice to have breakfast but not a big issue plenty of places to eat nearby

I had to pay again at the house, no breakfast available despite it being advertised as a B&B - the bed wax hire dots and cobwebs evident in the corners of the room.
£130 is way too much for this - feel deflated.
Beds, breakfast being or wax advertised.

The bedroom was very pleasant and comfortable.
The bathroom was pokey. I have dodgy knees and getting on and off the toilet was a problem! The noise outside in the early hours of the morning.

The location was very good, the lady that checked us in was lovely & it was very quiet you couldn’t hear much of the outside noise.
The bed was not comfortable, the bathroom was a bit mouldy as there was poor ventilation and because of this our towels etc were never drying out. The electricals were also concerning, our kettle never turned off by its self we had to stop it once it was boiling and the small portable heater in our room was missing some of the dials and hadnt been PAT tested since 2015
6.0
The fact we all couldnt get the shower to work. If it does work there needs to be instructions. It was too late we discovered it didnt work to rouse the lady for help but it meant the 2 other adults sharing could also not get a shower in the morning as due to the ferry times we had to leave very early

Small family room and cold shower

Only window was a small triangle skylight with no blind
Owner did not seem interested in the business as it had just been sold. Badly needed refurbishment.

There was no breakfast and we were not told of this in advance or given a reduction.
Small bathroom, TLC required in some areas.

Great location, clean
Newly taken over so no breakfast and cash only. Bathroom pretty tight
2.0
The only thing we liked was the shower although the only toiletries we received for 2 people was two miniature bars of soap although they advertised Toiletries., The position was great
The fact that that one day after we booked when we couldn't cancel we received an email saying they had sold the B & B and no breakfast would be provided on the last 2 days. We asked for discount and were given £5.00 each but we heard from other guests they received £10 each. We weren't able to leave our luggage after Noon as the owner wanted to go shopping. The whole B & B is run down and in need of complete refurbishment,
I wonder if you ever check the places you advertise because this on should be taken off your books

Location
No card reader and was expected to fetch cash before booking in. Only after payment was I told there was...
No breakfast and I could have £10 per night off.
Poor room facilities. 2 small bars of soap. Small TV. No fresh milk. Cheap coffee
Two flights of very steep stairs. Double room but only just big enough for one.
Noone to help with luggage
Staff pleasant but not very helpful.

Excellent location 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and surrounded by pubs and restaurants . Comfortable room; delicious breakfast. Highly recommended
Nothing to dislike. A wonderful B & B
