Very nice room with a private bathroom. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. In the bathroom you will find all you need. There is also an option to do the laundry.
Good price to quality ratio :)
It might be a little bit loud on the streets at night.

Had everything I needed for my stay and was available during a busy weekend in Seattle. Washing and drying services are available. The University itself is nice to walk around.
Although a lot of extra items were provided, this made the small room feel more crowded than what it needed to be. Also meant for a lot of dust on shelving and harder to reach places. The room was surface clean but not actually clean. Like other reviews - the bed was wayyyy too soft, clock and fridge were very loud and nearby fraternities in the area were incredibly loud. Also the surrounding area is very dirty and has lots of rubbish from frat houses. I know this is not something the host can control but I found the extent of rubbish surprising. Also my room had a pungent (possibly cannabis like) smell for the first two days until I properly aired the room out.

Unit was as described. Well stocked and clean. Signage in the unit was very appreciated. University District is about a 10-15 minute walk away.
The ticking wall clock and refrigerator were loud, but I brought earplugs. If the host were to remove the clock, or just its battery, I’m sure guests wouldn’t mind. Location near frat houses meant there was a lot of trash outside the unit in the yard, but I suppose that is not the host’s responsibility. Also, the description of the cleaning fee (listed under both “included” and “excluded” costs) was misleading. It is not included in the quoted price, and adds a lot to the cost for a one-night stay.

It had everything we needed for our 3 day visit to Seattle in terms of facilities and appliances. It was very affordable and located close to some great supermarkets, parks and public transport options.
I must be honest because I rely on reviews for my selection of accommodation properties, but even accounting for it being a mini apartment it was smaller than most hotel rooms. We were there for three nights and there was a party every night close to us. Being in summer and on the 3rd floor, it was necessary to have the window open, therefore noisy. It was quieter with the window closed but stuffy.

sweet getaway for two.

The room was cute and comfortable. I appreciated the fridge and appliances that were there. There were also cutlery and dishes. I liked that there was a laundry and kitchen available, although I didn’t get to use them.
This isn’t something that the host can control, but this is a shared dorm. Someone was smoking and setting off the fire alarms almost everyday and others who lived there were up at all hours. I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t affect me but a lighter sleeper should keep in mind that you will hear almost everything on the floor.

feels very cozy like I’m back in school again. has so many extra hygiene amenities none other places I’ve been to has. very simple and easy to talk to the host and to get to the room. the decorations are super adorable and the whole place was very clean. the bed was very comfortable and right next to the heater.
the place is so nice so it’s super hard to get a date there unless if planned way ahead. wish it was available more.
