The room was clean and had more supplies than I expected (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, ...).
The shared kitchen was dirty and it had an unpleasant smell. I ended up not using it because of this. I understand the owners have limited control over this, as it mostly depends on how the other residents treat it, but it is a shame, because the room was very nice.

The apartment was very clean and had little extras like lotion and nice shampoo and conditioner to make the stay more pleasant. Check in and out was very easy and all contactless. The location was prime for any university business and surprisingly quiet for how close to frat row it is.
There was no air conditioning and the bed only had a heavy blanket, no sheet. It was hard to get a good night's sleep there and one of the nights the low battery alarm in the smoke detector kept going off. Additionally, the building that the apartment is in looked a little run down and almost every door had signs of trying to be broken into.

It is an apartment in a good district without homeless people. Party is going on because it is a university district. Train/Subway is about 10min walk - bus is closer. The room is somehow clean, the bathroom too. It was OK for us. The payment cannot be done via credit cards. One of the two wifi keys provided worked. The house is not the newest, has a kitchen and a laundrette I didn't use. There were many things in the apartment like coffee, shower gel etc.
The overall building. Somehow old. Not completely clean (showers have black residues)

I liked how close it was to Seattle Children's Hospital.
(I was down there for my son's surgery)
Very nice neighborhood... The area is full of life.
Transportation very accommodating via bus or cab. Handy with the University Village close by offering a variety of options for shopping and food varieties.
Most importantly I loved that it was in a secured bldg, key code entry main door, and key code lock box to get keys for room. Hassle free. Manager was very informative and accommodating for my stay.
Don't have any complaints...
But FYI it is in the U district it can get loud at night in the surrounding areas with college students living exciting lives.
