About this villa rental
Deceptively spacious villa, with private swimming pool, decking and BBQ area, all set in secluded cul-de-sac location, just 500m to the beach and Caribbean sea. Close to main Holetown retail and night-life centre, while retaining its own private, peaceful location. Three en-suite air-conditioned (plus fans) double bedrooms. There is also a 4th separate bathroom. Secure veranda overlooking very quiet maintained park area. Satellite TV, internet access and all usual kitchen and household utilities provided. Off street parking. Large well-maintained gardens.
The property now benefits from Solar electric panels with battery storage, making it resilient to any power issues as well as environmentally sustainable.
Our aim is to provide a clean, functional and hospitable location at an affordable price so you can enjoy this wonderful island, and so far this has been endorsed by the guests who have stayed.
The Barbados government have introduced a Tourism Levy that everyone who rents (both hotels and private apartments) has to pay, and therefore we have no choice but to pass this on. Tourism is the major revenue for Barbados and so were hit very hard by Covid so this is quite understandable and we consider is all our contributions to helping them recover - in return for a wonderful holiday and welcome.

This villa is perfect in every way. Well maintained, clean with all the facilities you would expect. We've been to Holetown before and it is ideal for our needs. Good local beaches, shops, restaurants etc.. with good communication to the rest of the island. Hope to be back again soon.

This house certainly lived up to expectations! 3 large double bedrooms each with ensuite, spacious living area, lovely pool and deck. 4 of us stayed for 1 week and would definitely re-visit. Thanks to Simon (manager) and Deborah (cleaner) would made it so pleasant for us.:)

We had a great 4 weeks in this incredibly comfortable and well appointed villa. The property is well furnished and maintained and is everything you could look for in a holiday home. The location in Sunset Crest means that it's only a 10 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants in Holetown.
Communication with the owners was perfect in the run up to our stay and service from property manager Simon, and housekeeper Deborah was great throughout. Any minor problems that cropped up were resolved quickly and effectively.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and we would recommend it unreservedly.

Our second holiday at this property lived up to our expectations and more. Great space, great facilities and great location. The whole process was seamless too with very helpful property owners, manager and house keeper. Would definitely recommend.

It was the idyllic place to stay with local wildlife in the side yard to enjoy in the front entry. We were comfortable with the level of security. The pool was the deal maker although the location is close to everything we could ever need, including beaches. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood aside from the dogs next door but that did not bother us.

We spent 10 nights at the villa and had a great time! It's a spacious and clean villa, only 10 mins to walk to the local shops, restaurants and beach. Great welcome and tour by Simon, the manager, and Deborah the housekeeper was very friendly. Loads of storage space in the bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and much needed air conditioning for warms nights. The beds were really comfy, showers were good and we made use of the cot and highchair with the little one. The veranda is a lovely spot to relax in, and excellent for watching the monkeys when they come to visit. We also made good use of the pool! Would most definitely recommend and if we return to Barbados we'd certainly look to stay at this villa again!

We were a family of 6 (2 grandparents and family of 4 with 2 x12 yos) and this property by far exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do this house any justice in terms of overall space inside and out. Having the pool onsite in the back yard was a dream and deep enough for all to enjoy. The covered porch was huge and we enjoyed sitting out there for the breeze at all times of the day and monkey watching in the mornings. The location to a local fruit stand, coffee place, grocery store were all within a 10-15 min walk (depending on your speed). Simon (property manager) was super helpful and very responsive. As well Deborah the cleaner was so friendly. We can’t wait to come back again.

We met Simon (property manager) on our arrival,
He was very entertaining and informative and made us feel very welcome,
The Villa it’s self was a lot larger that I expected and located approximately 10 minutes from bars supermarket and beach, set in a small quite cul-de sac with visiting Monkeys everyday ideal for families, thank you for an amazing place for our vacation.
