Bayreuth ist eine Reise wert, selbst wenn dass Wetter durchwachsen ist.

Geschmackvoll, modern,zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit großem Ambiente-TV, guten Betten, schönem Bad und großer eigener Terrasse ausgestattet. Fußläufig zu guten Cafes, Restaurants und wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Funktionelles Apartment in bester Lage, sehr ruhig, gute Ausstattung, Parkplatz (sehr wichtig), sehr hilfreiche Erklärungen des Vermieters, liebevoll zusammengestellte Minibar

Gerne wieder

Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt liegt, war es ein idealer Ausgangpunkt um Bayreuth kennenzulernen. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war sehr gut, von der Küche bis zur Bügelmöglichkeit, sogar Zimmersafe. Die Inneneinrichtung war sehr schön und ansprechend. Das Bett super bequem. Sollte man hier mit mehr Leuten übernachten, ist die räumliche Trennung von WC und Dusche ein echter Vorteil. Eine gut befüllte Minibar bietet echten Hotelluxus. Der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft war sehr praktisch. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Da gab es nichts zu meckern.

Moderne, saubere FeWo in zentraler Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Sehr gut gelegene, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem Nötigen; großer Wohnbereich zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen; unkomplizierte Anreise, kontaktloser Bezug

Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber wenn man sehr wählerisch ist: unsere FeWo hatte keinen Esstisch, an dem man hätte gemeinsam essen können, dafür eine Art Tresen. Die Fenster gehen alle zu einer Außengalerie, von der aus man Zugang zu allen Wohnungen hat. Theoretisch kommen hier also die Bewohner der anderen Wohnungen vorbei. Aber dank großzügiger Vorhänge ist das, fanden wir, kein Problem.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen im September gerne wieder!

Außergewöhnlich geschmackvolle und moderne Einrichtung, sehr komfortabel. Großzügige Küchenausstattung, ebenso Hand- und Duschtücher sowie Duschgel. Fernseher im Wohn- und Schlafraum. Ruhige, dennoch innenstadtnahe Lage. Parkplatz im Hof! Unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter/in.

Ein zusätzliches Geschirrtuch wäre gut gewesen und eine Möglichkeit, Dusch- und Handtücher zu trocknen.

Very Nice Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth

Perfect location of the apartment, in the heart of Bayreuth. Check in procedure easy and smooth. Car parking in front of the apartment. Apartment is spacious and very convenient, nicely furnished and with all necessary equipment, coffee machine, dishwasher, everything. There is a spacious and modern bathroom, and a small toilet by the entrance door. There are various restaurants nearby and you can easily find anything you need for your stay.

The sofa-bed is actually just a sofa, which accommodates one, and not in the most comfortable way. It is actually the only flaw of the apartment: a sofa bed would be more convenient and useful.

Climatic place

Perfectly located in the very center but quiet. Intimate backyard in an old but renovated tenement house. private parking. Large modern room, spacious and full of light. Modern furniture. Two, three climatic cafes serving breakfast in walking distance. For dinner I recommend PLAKA - greek restaurant.

Comfortable and easy place to stay in Bayreuth.

The flat is so clean and comfy. It is centrally located within 2 minutes walk to the promenade (Fußgängerzone) in Bayreuth and 8 minutes walk to Maisels Erlebniswelt. The bathroom is very clean with a large shower and a separate toilet room. The flat comes with a small kitchenette behind the bedroom with coffee, tea, frig, microwave, and other items. Free parking and WiFi available. The Host is very nice as well. All around excellent stay!

while the owner was very pleasant andsmy bag before arrival and helped me to get a taxi, the later fiasco overshadowed h

beautiful new apartment built with alot of care

the internet was non existent, forcing desperation on my part to get a taxi to the train station on the street at 6:30 am for a 7:00 train. I had been at the last performance at Bayreuth until the night before and had not spent any time in the apartment. there was no information for occupants to getting a taxi or public transit. since the Internet did not work I could not search for any information ob my own. it was a disaster that could gave been avoided has the internet been functional. i have stayed un many apts thru Air Bnb and Bookings.com. actually an excellent one this time in Bayreuth the week before. The big difference seems to be that this owner is unaware of what users need. it is more than just a fantastic design. while that was much appreciated, the lack of basic internet was fatal. I could not sleep most of the night worrying about it and there were 0 services including getting ahold of the owner. once the owner fixes the internet problem the apt will be ready for occupancy but not before then. especially for international travelers to Bayreuth. there was also virtually no tea or coffee or a way to make anything in the apt. that can also be fixed but most visitors assume that there are basics for a couple of days. I never thought I would have to ask for such basics. the location is an island and too remote unless you have a car.

A fabulous stay in Bayreuth, everything on our doorstep.

The apartment was perfectly located on the very edge of the lovely pedestrianised part of Bayreuth with free parking. It was quiet and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay - including a fab Illy coffee machine. Excellent communication from the host and lovely to meet Alexandra in person.
