About this house rental
Quaint Lake cottage. Brick house, full kitchen with coffee maker and toaster oven. Enclosed porch with an electric fireplace. 2 bedroom 1 bath (sleeps 5 max)pull out bed in the porch and a large back yard. Close to Lake Michigan and not far from wine tours, breweries, restaurants. Air mattress and a cot available for more sleep space. Spend the day swimming or playing golf at Jack Nicklaus golf course or any of the other courses nearby. You can even rent some kayaks on the calm Paw Paw river. Silver beach also has kayak rentals. There are lots of hiking trails. Warren Dunes state park, grand mere state park or venture to South Haven and hit the Kal-Haven trail. If you are looking for a longer length of time during the week for the rental please reach out to the homeowner to see what’s available. Beach chairs available as well as a Weber grill.

It was the most relaxing stay everything was so close to the rest of our family. The beaches were wonderful and the weather was fantastic. Going to book again in the fall for the foliage adventure an of course for Labor Day weekend. Tracy is such a gracious host everything is provided except your food.

My mom and I stayed here for the weekend, and we had a great time. The house is beautiful- we loved the screened in porch. I appreciated the attention to detail- the binder of local recommendations was very helpful. The property is in a great location to restaurants, the beach, parks, and the farmer's market in St. Joseph. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. Checking in and out was easy as well.

It is a comfortable, cozy little house. The neighborhood is tranquil. The location makes everyplace easy to get to. That stands out since the town of Saint Joseph is totally clogged.

Small, quaint home in Stevensville right off Red Arrow Highway. Easy to get to many beaches and many fast food options less than 5 miles away. Door Dash also delivers from many of the nicer restaurants. Large backyard for kids to play in or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck.
Checking in and out was very simple. The instructions for cleaning were very reasonable. Just start the dishwasher and leave beds unmade.

Wonderful home. Great distance to beach and perfect size for a small family to get away and enjoy SW Michigan. The backyard is HUGE and my family enjoyed sitting on the porch and four season porch in the evenings to wind down.
Would definitely stay again for future family get aways in the area!

Our place was clean and in a great location. We had so much fun traveling to downtown St. Joe for shopping and drinks. We enjoyed peaceful morning coffee by the fire pit and playing games in the evening. I would recommend this house to anyone going for a quick little trip and would book again.

We had a small, low key bachelor party for a friend and Tracy’s property couldn’t have been better for it. The backyard was exactly what we were looking for as far as hanging out on the deck, grilling and playing bags. She was also a very gracious host considering one of us locked the door handle on our way to golf thus we were locked out of the house. Tracy was immediately at the house to let us in shortly after I called and made things extremely easy and reassuring for our group.

We visited as a family to celebrate our anniversary for the weekend. We LOVED our stay! The location was great, the house was clean and it had everything we needed. It was kid friendly and we enjoyed the backyard as well. We hope to be back again!

This was such an adorable and clean home. We had such a great time and loved having a relaxing cozy place to come back to on our annual girl's trip. All of the amazing shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach was just a hop, skip, and a jump away as well. Definitely recommend. <3

Really enjoyed our weekend in Stevensonville. The home was clean, cute and Tracy was easy to work with. Visited South Haven & St Joseph too. Lots of good restaurants nearby, but if you want to cook & eat-in, the home’s kitchen has everything you need. Relaxing trip.

The host gave me a great first impression through our communication prior to our stay. She was incredibly responsive, informative, and helpful. Because of that, I knew this was going to be a great experience!
When booking, I mentioned we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. When we arrived at the house, there was a sweet gift and birthday balloon waiting for us. The house is small, but extremely clean. Everything is just as listed. The backyard is big and includes a fire pit and outdoor seating. The host left s’more ingredients for us, but the weather didn’t cooperate for a bonfire. Instead, my boys got creative with the oven and still managed to enjoy s’mores. We try to get up to the St. Joseph area as often as possible and will definitely looking into renting this property again!

Property was just as listed. Not in the middle of st Joseph but worked fantastic as it was right in the middle (distance wise) of the warren dunes state park and the st Joseph attractions which were both what we wanted to see. Never had to spend more that 15 min in a car to get to a beach or anything. House has adorable back yard on a cute, quiet street.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party. Even cuter in person. Well stocked kitchen tools. Mattress in the smaller bedroom is amazing. Be aware you have to bring your own paper products and trash bags.

Clean, Sweet property. Cozy with a number of different areas to relax in. We grilled, had a bonfire and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood after a busy beach gathering. Accessible to many lovely beach areas.

We stayed here for the Benton Harbor Steelhead Ironman triathlon and this place was perfect for me and my friends. Great deck and backyard area to enjoy. Nice kitchen. Clean! Will repeat.
