Complete with a wood-burning stove, the calming living space invites you to curl up on the sofa and read up on local walking routes. Whether you're embarking on a family holiday or romantic getaway, you'll find everything you need within the stone walls of this cottage. From the well-outfitted kitchen to the inviting bedrooms, a contemporary aesthetic has been adopted throughout. The neutral grey palette keeps the home restful and bright, while the farmhouse sink and wooden hearth nod to its original state. From here, most of the Cotswolds' most beautiful villages are within easy reach – and that's if you even want to leave Avening, where the home is located. Just down the road, you'll find two homely pubs serving hearty British grub and traditional ales. Golfers will be pleased to learn there are three scenic courses just a short drive away. And if you're seeking a more action-packed trip, the bustling city of Bristol makes for a fun day trip.
