This is beautifully updated and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom multi-level end unit Sea Castles townhome is conveniently located to all that Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island has to offer! Easy access to the beach and pool area as well as the many miles of biking trails make this a must stay vacation destination!

This wonderfully renovated and beautifully decorated townhome is located between the north and south end of the exclusive and prestigious Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach! Not only is it a convenient and central location for enjoying all that Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach have to offer, but also just a short driving distance to the destinations of Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Cumberland Island and Savannah for day trips!

Upon entering this fabulous end unit townhome, you immediately notice the attention to detail and care! There are two bedrooms downstairs with a fully updated bathroom with walk-in shower.

One bedroom has a queen bed with tv for relaxing as well as a large closet. The second downstairs bedroom has two twin beds as well as a trundle bed for the kids and a tv for entertainment.

The upstairs hosts the fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen, dining space for four, living room with balcony to feel those ocean breezes and a beautifully done master suite. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath that’s been fully updated with a tiled walk-in shower. The master retreat has a queen bed as well as a tv for your relaxing after a long day of sunning and swimming in the sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean and pool!

The beach is just a short five-minute walk across the street. The beach access (#31) is located at the end of our parking lot and directly across the street. Very easy and convenient!

Whether you choose to take a stroll along the ocean, relax by the pool, do a little sightseeing in the Historic downtown Fernandina Beach, enjoy the many fine area restaurants and shopping or do absolutely nothing but relax, come make this “Beach Therapy” Villa your paradise found!

We stayed at this home with our 3 year old and another small family. 4 adults and 3 kids 4 and under. We had a great experience with the location and home. It was a quick walk to the beach and we had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and the laundry room had beach towels, toys, and even a wagon. We opted not to bring our own beach chairs since the property had their own but wish we brought ours instead. The chairs are stored outside so have a lot of rust and one even broke while one of us was sitting in it on the beach. We were eager to take the kids to the pool but it was extremely dirty. It was full of green algae which made for unsafe and slippery surfaces We attempted a 2nd day and were informed by a bystander that someone had just put chemicals in and that it was unsafe to swim in. Had that resident not been there, we could have put small children in a pool with unsafe amounts of chemicals. Finally, after 3 days there and our cars being parked in the same spots the entire trip with no one else parked near us, we were verbally harassed by the HOA president and his wife about our parking. They were extremely rude in their delivery and funny enough weren’t even parked in the right spots for their unit. We let the host know about the pool and HOA president issues and she was quick to respond and inform me that this was not the first instance of them harassing guests.

Pros: clean, very close to beach access 31, well-appointed kitchen, nice bathrooms, some beach chairs. Cons: the bed and pillows in the master bedroom are extremely uncomfortable, some of the bath towels had stains, one of the balcony chairs has an exposed nail and it ripped a couple of holes in my pants and also my husband's pants, and the sofa and chair in the living room are old and tattered. I would recomment bringing your own beach chairs and umbrellas.

Our stay was amazing. The only thing we were not completely trilled about was the layout. It would have been much easier for my parents if the kitchen/living space was on the ground level. We would definitely stay here again!

We were having a family reunion and the rest of the family was staying in a condo across the street. It was me, my son and daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren so the three bedrooms were perfect. We got to the beach each day and the kids lived the pool too.

We were three ladies in town for the Amelia Island Book Festival. The property is really nice, easy to get in and out and was the perfect location for us… close to everything and comfortable. It worked out beautifully for us and made our trip very enjoyable! Thanks so much!

Property was just as described. Short four minute walk to the beach, pool was clean and was never busy. My favorite was the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as the bathrooms. Bonus feature was all of the beach items that were there for use.

We loved Amelia island and the calmness of the area. I will definitely be back. The condo was great and would stay there again. The only complaint I have is we went to check out the pool and I would not have put a toe in it. It was very very dirty. And it was a holiday weekend. Would have thought it would have been cleaned.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our first time on Amelia Island! Condo was spacious and comfortable. Close proximity to beach- just across the street. Nice to have some shared beach equipment with the condo as well. Pool was too cold to enjoy on a cooler week in March.

This condo was great! Excellent location and perfect for a quick winter-time get-away. We did have an issue initially with the water (odor) However, after it ran for a bit the odor completely disappeared, and it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was really nice. Easy parking, cold A/C, nice kitchen, clean beds and linens, thoughtful touches throughout. Our only suggestion is to improve the front patio and add a picnic table to the back patio. The pool is really lovely. The walk to the beach is not bad, and the wagon made it easier! The beach is gorgeous.

Our family of 6 includes children ages: 22, 16, 14, and 7. We all had a wonderful time. We wish we had scheduled our visit for a day or two longer. Amy was very easy to reach when needed. The townhome was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The beds were all comfortable and main kitchen supplies were provided. They even provided a wagon for beach trips which was most helpful! We never used the pool because we were so exhausted each day from playing in the waves and soaking up the sun on the beach. We would definitely recommend this townhome and hope to stay again sometime.

We loved staying here, we are 3 friends who wanted to catch up with each other. The townhouse is beautiful, everything was clean and bright, we had everything we needed to visit the beach or go into town. Easy check in, Amy got back to us right away when we had questions. You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. We would all stay here again, thank you so much!

This condo was perfect for our little family getaway for the weekend. It is conveniently located in the bottom level and villa #1. Parking and unloading was very easy. Checking in and out was a breeze! We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and appeal of the condo. It is beautifully decorated. We loved the spacious floor plan and outdoor decks as well! The kitchen had all of the essentials that we needed. There was also a utility wagon, beach chairs, & beach towels that we could use for our beach trips. Beach access was only block away. The pool was okay. It was too cold to use at this time. Overall we loved this place and will definitely be back!
