Had a great stay at the Crown Cottage. We have 2 small Frenchies and the fenced back yard was a god send. It really made the trip possible and stress free. Location was ok, a bit of a drive to get to the Riverfront. We are mountain bikers and the proximity to the the area trails was pretty good. Couer d'alene is a 45 minute drive away to get to their trails.
The property is nice and clean and the 2 air conditioners certainly helped with 40 Degree weather.
Thanks for your hospitality

What a cute little house. My Daughter and I had a great time. Beds where comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet.

Couldn’t find any kitchen towels. Needed black-stone equipment for example scrapper, metal spatula. Otherwise we were comfortable.

We were disappointed in the hot tub. Filled the water and flipped the breaker just like the owner said. However, when we left to do something for a few hours the temp was down to 90 and we had to wait. Also the cookware needs updating and there is no can opener.
The neighborhood was fine and the bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet at night.

We had so much fun here between the hot tub and it being New Year’s Eve and getting to see fireworks from the hot tub outside.

Cute house. Needs some upkeep. Broken blinds.

The house wasn't in top condition. The little things, torn window screens, rusty paint cans in back yard, dirty sliding glass door to the big things such as water from refrigerator/freezer on the floor and covering the bottom of refrigerator, oven not heating to temperature, table settings not available for number of people. We had 6 in the house. There were only 4 plates and 4 table chairs so we all couldn't sit at the table. The house wasn't anything but ordinary in its decorations. Beds were comfortable. As stated there is only one bathroom but there is also only one mirror in the entire house which was in the bathroom so when all were trying to get ready for formal occasion it was a challenge to not have mirrors in the bedrooms. It was a challenging stay and I would not return.

Supposed to have 3 bedrooms but only 2 were there…. So my 80 year old father had to sleep on a futon! Hot tub not hot… was at 101 when we got there and 98 degrees in the morning and no way to turn it up.

This home worked well for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 1-9) plus 2 dogs. The beds were pretty comfy, the kitchen and laundry area was stocked well and there was plenty of sheets, towels, blankets. I appreciated the crib in one of the bedrooms. Loved the fenced backyard for the dogs. All the appliances seemed to work well. The hot tub is quite nice, but on two occasions during our stay it cooled down to the 80's and we had to message the property manager... But she was very responsive and was able to fix quickly. There were also a couple dishes in the cupboards that didn't get cleaned properly. The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the main shopping areas. There are coffee joint and grocery stores very nearby. Overall, I am pleased with my stay and would stay again.

The house was cute, the hot tub and black stone are a nice touch! A bit lacking with things like a can opener and dirty pans. The beds were all very hard and uncomfortable. And we were unaware that our pet was not allowed on the furniture or bed and we needed to bring a dog bed. Thankfully our family here in Spokane had one for us to borrow. It’s may be beneficial to put that information in the property description so people who travel far are aware.
All in all it wasn’t bad. The neighborhood is pretty quiet.

We stayed here for the weekend of my sister's graduation. The yard was perfect for the dog and the hottub was a nice respite.

We weren’t at house much but was nice to come home and soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. Small house, decent location, easy to communicate with.

House was clean. Communication with owner was great. The yard for our pups was appreciated. No complaints

Pros: Great place to stay if you have pets. Loved that there was a fully fenced yard for our dogs. Place was clean. Close to our appointment in town and close to some parks to take the dogs.
Cons: it would be nice if the front bedroom had dark curtains as the neighbors seem to like to keep their outdoor lights on all night, which made the bedroom bright. Other than that it worked fine for us.

Overall this was a great property. It was clean and had most everything we needed. I would have given 5 stars, but some things were not clear in the listing. The listing says it sleeps 7, but there is an extra fee for more than 2 guests. this added $125 since we has 7 guests. The day of our arrival we were told there was no AC in the home. This was not noted on the listing. And fans were not provided, I had to go buy some since it was 90 degrees that weekend.
Overall it was a nice place to stay, but these things should have been in the listing.

Nice for a family getaway.
We enjoyed this home. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers to take the short trip over and enjoy Silverwood for a few days.
