Comfortable room. Nice bed (amply long enough and very comfortable indeed). Helpful, cheerful staff who had time to check that I was okay.

The stairs up to the bathroom are rather steep.

It was a fantastic little room, fantastic price and just off the high street to get all your food and bits and pieces.

Easy clean rooms, comfortable bed. Bathroom was shared but that was easy to do.

The stairs were very high and small steps but once you get used to them they are easy to climb.

I made sure my accommodation was clean aired and tidy before I left. And I had a great stay.

I was as pleased as punch The double bed was very comfortable and the general atmosphere was warm and peaceful. there was plenty of light and it was quiet. I suffer from insomnia and ! had no trouble getting to sleep I left my room clean and tidy to be welcome again.

Nothing really No Moet et chandon in ice bucket or chilled lobster tails ah well such is life eh? I'm trying hard to find some thing to moan about. but for the price I paid and the value I received it was pretty comfortable.

Very unpleasant and unless you have no sense of smell do not stay here!

The location was good.

I thought there was a parking space, but there wasn’t. There was a funny smell upon entering the house. When I got to the room, the smell was worse. I opened the window to air it and when I got into bed the sheets/duvet cover smelt really musty & unpleasant. I slept badly because of this. When I mentioned this to the host the next morning he was rude & most unhelpful. I left & found accommodation elsewhere.

Nothing that’s why I stayed somewhere else.

If you want to stay married don’t come here. Was a converted front room with dark bedding and bathroom upstairs. Not good when other guests are staying.

Having been let down by first choice property this was an acceptable alternative albeit 20.00 more.

Breakfast not provided. Facilities bedroom and bathroom entirely clean and satisfactory but a TV in the room would have been well recd.

No TV as above. Steep stairs and parking on a first come, first served basis.

End of days travel before taking ferry to Jersey next morning.

Adeel was an extremely good host , eager to make sure of the comfort and satisfactory experience was achieved for the staying guest. Adeel was very helpful in giving local businesses a mention when I needed any particular product such as F Car Wash facilities and snack bars . Although I was only there for one night Adeel made me feel very welcome. Well done Adeel , I would recommend this property and host. Thanks Adeel .

Very misleading , the place is a dump and very far ! It says 13 minutes away from the beach...not t

The host is cold and unreasonable ! It's like talking to a piece of wood or an automated robot. The bed isn't a king size The distance is a lie too 52 minutes walk or 25 minutes on the bus. Tried to lock us out in the middle of the night by using the inside chain lock many bad surprises and behaviour.

Hard to find, set back, dark, no sign. shared bathroom had to wait for hot water. No Wi Fi at all.

Although booking is for a week, only stayed 1 night.

Everything, especially the landlord who has turned the sitting room into a bedroom as lived there. Very creepy man and ask way too much personal questions. Very rude, even the booking.com customer service staff was confused with his questions.

We waited 20 minutes for him to take a shower before entering, he was rude he is almost annoyed by our presence because we were a gay couple.

It wasn’t clean, and not in good condition, without shower towels and everything was broken inside in the closet.

A cheap room in a normal house with no staff or facilities. Misrepresented in the description

If this had been advertised as a spare room in someone's house, I would be rating this very differently. If we needed a cheap place to stay in a great town this would be fine.

It wasn't a hotel or b+b. There was no working TV, kettle, WiFi or bar, many of the advertised facilities like tennis court and pool are nothing to do with the house or owner. It's just a room in a house and not a particularly nice one.

Amateurs trying to run a guest house

We were refused a key to the outside door also was told if we weren't back by 2300 we would not get in. On 1 occasion we arrived back around 2030 and couldn't get in for 15 minutes only to be let in by another guest.

Absolutely horrified at the standard of this room and house. Other guests who arrived at same time walked out in disgust. Bed was basically a frame on the floor with a mattress on top. Ats holding mattress to bedframe were broken in the middle. Td had to be out of accommodation at 0800. Shared bathroom with I presume the whole household. Tried to book in early told could not book in till 5pm. Parking. Owner would not move car till booking in time so had to use public car park at a cost of £10. Furniture in bedroom showing sign of damage and deterioration. Bedding whilst clean showed signs of high usage. Basically this property needs to avoided like the plauge!!!

Disturbing! And FREEZING !

NOTHING ! Was happy to get out of his property as soon as I could ! He was very rude and was not hospitable. He did not make us feel welcome at all.

Everything! Adell was rude from the beginning. Made us wait and refused to show us to the room even though I showed him confirmation of my booking. We had to wait 30 minutes whilst he was on the phone to booking.com to find our name in 'his system' as he couldn't 'find it'. He didn't give me a key for the front door so my mother and I felt trapped! Couldn't come and go as we pleased... NO HEATING in bedroom, livingroom or bathroom! Definitely would not recommend this to anyone. I asked him for a spare blanket as it was FREEZING and he declined this. My mother has arthritis and he didn't care at all! He refused to give us a refund. MONEY GRABBER. NO CARE OR RESPECT FOR GUESTS. NO ALERNATIVE HEATING PROVIDED. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
