Very clean and well provisioned. It was great for us(5 adults. 1 toddler) but may be a little cramped for 6 adults if they were spending the entire visit in the apartment.

Second time I took a grandchild up for a 10-year-old birthday trip. Great place to stay was super amenities and close to everything we wanted to do. Will be taking another one for their 10-year-old birthday trip soon.

This was a very nice condo. Clean and cozy. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating supper on the deck. We were only a few streets from the Lakeside gate. We were very pleased with everything.

Cute, clean, cozy and close to everything we wanted to do and see. Loved the bed. Very comfy. The shower was tiny and no tub for small kids but that was not an issue for us. Would definitely recommend to others needing to stay in the area!

Terrific value for a house at Lakeside. Immediately, we took to the layout and terrific use of space. Only disappointing thing was the inability to walk to Lakeside beach. Google maps decieves you into thinking it is a short walk down several blocks. But the whole gate around Lakeside prevents this as the house is clearly just outside the gate. Thankfully, we discovered the work around: driving to the free parking lot next to the west gate into Lakeside and getting the 2 hour shopping pass (also free). REALLY wish the owner had explained this process in the welcome literature. But once we figured this out, we had two terrific evenings in town and the birds nest was a lovely retreat to return to. We highly recommend staying here. I might add that the owner was very flexible with check out times.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting friends who live in the area. The A/C was super nice during the heatwave, and the amenities were thoughtful and useful when our 12 year old realized she forgot her toothbrush. The communication from Paul, amenities, and cozy home are the gold standard for VRBO.

Cute, cozy, and clean nautical themed loft apartment. Less than a mile from Kelley's Island ferry, with easy access to East Harbor Park. Hosts were friendly. Apartment had all the amenities we needed and more. Our kids loved the board games and the beach toys (we would never have thought of bringing). We cooked breakfast and dinner every day in the kitchen. We loved to enjoy the nice open deck and the fresh lake breeze. Very satisfying stay.

The hosts were excellent at communicating from the beginning through the end. They checked in when we arrived and during to see if we needed anything. This upstairs cottage was clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated with all the light, beach styles that remind us of what we love about Lakeside. Even being here in the winter, we enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Being off the main road we expected more road noise, but we didn't notice it at all. We had a lovely, cozy stay!

This little apartment is very cute, decorated in a beach theme. It is clean and well stocked with amenities. The stairs were a little much for our elderly mother (mentioned only to warn anyone who may overlook this detail as we did). The yard is well maintained, and there is a beautiful deck with seating to enjoy some time outside. Overall, a nice stay.

We enjoyed the comfortable and coziness of the place. It was on a corner lot but was very quiet. They helped get our luggage up to our place and when bad weather came, they offered for us to stay in basement with them. Very nice people

Two of us stayed in Lakeside for the Ohio 70.3 Ironman event. It was very clean. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Local restaurants open late which was nice as we arrived after dark. Local grocery store had all we needed. Each bedroom had it's own AC unit which was appreciated. For two adults with bikes and race gear, it was just the right size. Host was very attentive and no issues with our stay.

Really cute place, the bed was pretty comfortable. We appreciated the free toiletries they provided. It was a sweet touch and shows they go above and beyond. Only complaint is the ac didn’t reach the main living area and it got pretty hot. But we still enjoyed our time. We were gone during the hottest parts of the day so it really wasn’t too bad.

My friend and I enjoyed our two day stay at Bird's Nest. The location was very convenient to Marblehead and Lakeside. The host included many extras in the kitchen and bathroom. The grounds were lovely. We had a slight problem with the bathroom lights and as soon as we called the host he was right over to solve the problem. We would definitely stay again.

They did not miss a beat when providing a wonderful place to stay. Every little extra you might have forgotten...was already there for you. Bed was so comfortable and the decorations were darling! The location was easy to find. Loved staying here!

Overall very clean and great location. Beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky. The listing says two queen beds and it’s one queen and one full was did not suit or needs. Great property and outside us beautiful
