There's plenty of room is this large home. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated and included all that we needed. It took a bit to cool the rooms off since they have window ac rather than central air. It's an older home so definitely has some character. The mattresses were not hte most comfortable but met our needs for the weekend stay.

Check in was a breeze and the description was spot on. It served as the perfect place to reunite with family to say good bye to parents. The host was spectacular and very accommodating, even when I made a mistake with the booking. I will stay there again!

This is by far one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had! Communication with the host was almost as if he was family. He was very attentive! Weeks before we checked in, he added some items to the house to make our stay more comfortable, based on some questions I had asked him. There was a slight hiccup with the house cleaning crew that I alerted him to very late on Saturday evening when we checked in and by 0900 Sunday morning, Mother’s Day, the issue was resolved!
The house is perfectly located, especially if you are attending events at the USCGA. It is within walking distance, so you do not have to potentially miss events by going to the mall and catching the bus… USCGA families, you know what I’m talking about!
The house is a short drive to downtown New London, Mystic, the train station… Perfect, perfect location!
The house itself is very spacious with not a lot of clutter. It was so easy to move in and stay for a week and move out. There were plenty of sleeping spaces , and each night we had 10 staying the night, and EVERYONE was comfortable.
This house is outfitted with everything you need to make meals, host a dinner, do laundry…
Our son visited other USCGA graduates’ rental houses, and stated that ours was… By far THE BEST!
I cannot say enough good about this house, this host, and this entire experience!

We stayed for Thanksgiving to vist our son who is currently a navy recruit. Everything is as described and the house was perfect for cooking a big meal with family. Would stay here again.

The property was very nice. Henry offered to let us go earlier than check in time, which we thought was very nice. Plenty of space for all 10 of us. Very clear information on check in, check out and places to go in the area.

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay with your family! Newly remodeled and very clean; lots of space for family to spread out. Close to USCGA, Conn College, and Submarine Base. Kitchen nicely equipped, beds comfortable and toiletries provided were a plus. Highly recommend this property and will be staying again.

Nice new rental.
Property was new remodeled and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
Driveway is narrow with rock walls on each side and on an incline. Compact cars perfectly ok. My full size truck with crew cab would have been tough to pull in.
