A complimentary breakfast would have been nice. I do not eat a full breakfast so something small and simple would be better.

Staff was great and very attentive. The pool was perfect temperature, clean and not crowded. The parking lot seemed safe but the whole property could use a real FENCE around it. Salvation Army was across the street and seems to attract a nefarious crowd

The room needs a closet door and an in-room SAFE like most other hotels offer. The restaurant had horrible breakfast. Would not recommend anyone eat there.

needs to be a bit more updated . also there needs to be some vents added in the indoor pool.

Basic Holiday Inn - large room, comfy beds and linens.

Location definitely felt shady. Lots of signs in the parking lot about Holiday Inn is not responsible and to remove valuables. Parking is just a street level lot so definitely was a bit nervous parking here overnight. Neighborhood is a bit on the rundown side which didn't help.

My Stay was excellent. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I like the fact that the facility was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

In my bathroom, little nats were around the sink area when brushing my teeth. Not sure where and why they were there.

We always stay here when we arrive in New Lonfon too late for the ferry. Tgr hotel is well run, convenient and comfortab

The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. microwave and fridge standard in all rooms. heating. and AC did not make a lot of noise.

location - nearest to train.

music from the bar could be heard up in level 4. the breakfast food was poor quality and tasteless. it was FAR too expensive. it was a late booking as I was forced to stop over in New London.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean.

Lighting was dismal. They need to change all the lightbulbs for a better color and adjust the fixtures to reduce glare. It was really bad.

Value was not up to par but it was convenient.

Hotel was convenient off the interstate for a night stay while traveling. Easy to book and easy checkin. Gentleman at check in was very efficient and pleasant! Beds were very comfy!!

There were not enough towels for each of us. We had four people and only three towels. When I called down to ask for more, the front desk told me “they were in the washer.” We didn’t even have one per person. We were trying to get ready to leave/check out and didn’t have time to wait. That was unacceptable especially for an almost $200/night stay.

The room was large Front desk night guy was super welcoming.

The hotel is OK. The finishings are in need of help. Particle board swelling in bathroom, room not heating or cooling efficiently, one of two elevators not functioning. It's not reasons you wouldn't return, but it is a bit disappointing. The difference between customer apathy and customer delight.
