Perfect location. Great views. Couldn’t have had a better place to stay while exploring Olympic National park. Plenty of comfortable rooms for our family of 8! Highly recommend.

We loved this home! It is clean, cozy, and has beautiful views of the water. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy. We highly recommend staying here if in Port Angeles.

On the great side, the views are lovely, the apartment is immaculate, the place is beautiful, and there is a full kitchen. However, many windows did not open, which made the place quite warm and made the master bedroom unusable during our stay. Also, one of the bedrooms has no blinds or drapes, meaning the sun wakes you up at 4 AM. Finally, it should be noted, that while the location is peaceful and within walking distance to the town, it is also in front of a toxic waste site.

Family vacation to explore Olympic National Park. We enjoyed to proximity to the Park, downtown Port Angeles, the ocean, and the Olympic Discovery Trail. The abundance of stairs in the house worthy of noting and could pose a difficult for some. Lights above sink and stove need to be replaced. Really enjoyed watching the cruise ships, ferry, and other vessels from the living area! Great house!

There are literally many stairs throughout the house, you can go nowhere that you don't have stairs, from the street, to the deck, to the front door, into the kitchen, up and down for all bedrooms and any bathrooms. These stairs are NOT addressed or shown in the photos of the property. You cannot get to any bedrooms or bathrooms without going up and down many stairs. Also, the house cleaners were not detailed, found slippers under sofa and balloon confetti throughout the house. The 'oceanfront balcony' is downstairs and outside the bedroom, not easily accessible nor much room to sit or enjoy.

Beautiful location and very clean house.

Listing met expectations. Our group of 7 was satisfied with our stay. Plenty of space and the views are very nice. The only issues were the lack of curtains in the lower level bedrooms which allowed the morning sun to pour into the room. Also, the dishwasher was inoperable during our stay.

The house has great views of the bay. We would sit and watch the water, sky and ships pass by in the evening. They upper decks were huge. The lower deck was narrow but still nice to sit and take in the view. The kitchen was well equipped, even with pancake mix and syrup. Lots of spices for cooking. We emjothe welcome basket of goodies and water. It was a nice touch. The bedrooms had comfortable beds. Extra pillows and blankets. Tower fans in each to help cool. Plenty of towels and nice toiletries were provided. The house is on quiet residential street. The drive into the town itself starts to look a bit sketchy. Several options for restaurants close by. A nice walking path below the house with access about mins walk away.Good location to explore Olympic Pennisula. We drove to Ruby Beach in just under 2 hours and stopped at spots along our way back. We were there for only 3 nights so squeezed in as much as we could, including the Auroa Borealis!

We had a wonderful time here with the kids and grandparents. There was something for everyone. The game room kept the kids entertained, and the adults enjoyed the scenic view and trails by the water. It is conveniently located so was able to walk to town and also take the ferry to Victoria. There was more than enough room for all 6 of us, and it was well equipped with anything we might need like blankets, umbrellas, scooters, etc. Would’ve liked blinds in the bedrooms to block out the light in the mornings but we got used to waking up to the beautiful sunrise.
The checkin/checkout was easy and everyone had a relaxing time. Thanks!

We can't say enough good things about this place. It's got a great view of Bellingham, Mt. Baker, and the ships coming and going in the harbor. It's a 5 minutes walk through a park to the Olympic Discovery Trail which takes you right into downtown or about as far along the Olympic Peninsula as you want to go. And it's a perfect set up for two families to share, with great common spaces to hang out but also separate sleeping areas to give you privacy. The property manager was responsive and helpful and offered us a late check out which was so thoughtful. We will definitely be coming here again and would highly recommend it.

This home has a great location on the waterfront with multiple rooms having spectacular views. There are plenty of separate spaces for family members who want some privacy, with a large great room area for gatherings. There are nice outdoor spaces as well, although we did not use them since we were there in the winter.
The hosts are very communicative and provide lots of thoughtful amenities such as snacks, coffee, games, and even dog supplies.
The house is a split-level, so there are numerous stairs to navigate , which could be a challenge for people or pets with limited mobility.
Overall, this was a nice getaway for our family.

I stayed here along with my partner, our 2yo, and my in-laws and the place was perfect for a short getaway. Wonderful views and a cozy (and interesting) layout provided plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked, place was clean, and using the garage for our two cars was a nice bonus. The location is wonderful - overlooking the strait and sitting almost atop the waterline and Olympic Discovery Trail, you are a short walk/run away from the trail and less than a mile from downtown Port Angeles. Would definitely stay again.

The property was immaculate. The views were absolutely stunning. We even saw a bald eagle soar past the windows. It was a pleasure coming back from our hikes to this beautiful home away from home. We stayed for 4 nights. We were 6 adults and we never felt cramped. Jessica was really prompt with communication. The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked. Jessica and Tuan have thought of every little amenity you could need. We highly recommend this place.

When we needed the internet provider to spend 5 minutes to ping the modem to re-connect to the internet after it went down for an unkown reason, Evolve and site manager were unreachable/unresponsive for ~2 days. Hot water typically ran out with 2 showers and a dishwasher run.

Stayed here for 5 days with boys ages 14, 18, and 19 and everyone loved it. Situated in a cute, unassuming neighborhood, it’s a fun little house with rooms and sleeping nooks tucked here and there. More than enough room for all 5 of us. Has two TV rooms with nice clean seating arrangements. TVs are set up with streaming services so we enjoyed movies and shows at night. The view of Juan de Fuca strait is undersold in the photos. Wow! I couldn’t stop looking out at the water. My favorite things were to sit on the window seat reading and staring at the water, and sitting on the deck looking out at the water with morning coffee. There is no air conditioning, which was only a little uncomfortable one day as it was unusually hot. Would be nice if there was more seating for the deck outside and if main floor windows opened up for circulation.
The house is close to the bike bath below. We bird-scootered around town to restaurants and shops and the wharf. We booked trips with Olympic Hiking Co. to hurricane ridge, hoh rain forest and Rialto beach - tho it’s not essential, our guide was awesome and I’d do it again. This house was a great launching point for all of this and Jessica and Mariah were super helpful from booking to checkout. I highly recommend.

Amazing view. Was perfect for my party of 7 adults.

Everything was perfect! Communication with hosts was easy and efficient. The house is meticulously clean and everything you could need is provided. Host graciously had a welcome basket along with coffee, tea, oatmeal, etc. Plenty of room for everyone and comfortable beds. The view!! Outstanding - it was hard to leave. We used it as our home base to explore parts of the ONP, but we made sure to be home each evening for the summer solstice sunset. Watching the boats in the harbor was fun, too. Highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Fantastic view, thoughtfully equipped.

This is a lovely house and was perfect for our party of three adults and four adult children. The view of the harbor is perfect. The location is central. Be careful on the wood steps to the bedroom - slippery!

This is a really well maintained home on the harbor. It's close to restaurants and activities in Port Angeles. It was a good location for day trips into the Olympic Peninsula Park.

We had a lovely time in this home. Worked very well for two families. Gorgeous views. Plenty of room. Well-stocked kitchen. Great location. Did lots of winter hiking and enjoyed a few restaurants. Owner and management team are very responsive. Would definitely book again.

The main living area of this space is very comfortable and has great views of the ferries and boats coming to Port Angeles. We loved the close (about half mile) proximity to downtown which we could easily walk to and which had multiple good restaurants that we really enjoyed. The yard area is well kept and was great for our dogs. Weather was warm during our stay, but we would’ve liked to use the fireplaces if it had been cold and rainy (but signage in the unit said not to use such).

The house is nice. Parking Space very tight!

Communication with Property Manager Lacking
We mostly enjoyed our stay, but we would not come back to this property, or any other property managed by Evolve. The upstairs bedroom was very warm upon arrival (thermostat read 82F) and there were no fans in the house and none of the windows in the master bedroom is able to open. There were no temperature issues in the rest of the house. I immediately sent a text to the property manager and sent another after 24 hours due to no response. We finally received a response late on our second night just to tell us he would bring a fan the next day. The second night, the temperature was at 87F. The fan showed up in the front of the house on the fourth day, but by then the weather had cooled down. There was no notification the fan was delivered, so I only saw it when checking out. I get there are unexpected issues that come up, but the lack of preparedness and dismal communication are unacceptable.

Amazing views—all the way to Canada!
My family enjoyed our 3-night stay in this comfortable, spacious, home that has picture windows offering views for miles.
This house is very well situated for easily exploring many parts of Olympic National Park (the visitors center is ~10 mins away and Lake Crescent is 30 mins away).
We also liked that there are 2 living room areas: one on the main floor, just off the kitchen, and one on the lowest level, just off 2 of the bedrooms.
The street is extremely quiet and private.
We appreciated very fast, friendly and helpful communication with the home owner. (Communication w the property manager was pretty poor as he responded to only 50% of our communication.)
Things to note: there are only 4 bedrooms, not 5 (the 5th, where a bunk bed is located, is actually in the primary bedroom.) Very few windows open up, so it’s challenging to get fresh air, and very few have window coverings, so bring a sleep mask if you wish to sleep past dawn. The wi-fi signal is weak. And if anyone in your party has trouble navigating stairs, this is not the house for you (there are 5 sets of stairs and nearly every room is on a different level from every other room).

Great property in town. Convenient location to downtown. Owners allowed dog so that worked really well and have a good fenced yard and deck for our dog to enjoy.

This house has plenty of space and my gosh, the views from the main living space are lovely! It's super close to the wharf, too. We went down there a fair bit and enjoyed a few short drives to some iconic hikes in the Hoh!
