It's on a larger level lot for the area, with stunning panoramic views of the ocean, bay, Bodega Head, hills, and the golf course. It has numerous large windows, & plenty of indoor/outdoor living space and privacy, leaving you well positioned to watch the hillside sunrise and the spectacular sunsets over the ocean.

The "Bridge" landing area (privacy curtains only and not a bedroom) with full-sized Murphy bed and the twin sleeper chair in the primary bedroom are best suited for older children and are not recommended for adults.
The upstairs primary bedroom has a California king bed and twin sleeper chair, the upstairs landing area has a full Murphy bed/desk office area (max weight 250 lbs), the downstairs 2 guest bedrooms each have queen beds, and additional guest suite bedroom has a queen bed above the garage. Photos of beds either show warmer season bedding or cooler season bedding. Depending on the season, bedding will either include down comforters with duvets and coverlets or lighter weight comforters. Additional blankets for extra warmth are located in bedroom closets and are always available for guest use.
Lots of safety issues in home for young children including infants that are mobile/crawling. The home features an open railing at second story outdoor balcony, open fireplaces, unlocked cabinets, lots of glass accessories and potted plants, unsecured furniture/shelving, open railings at second story landing, floating staircase, and detached bedroom/bathroom separated from main house above garage.
The 2 downstairs bedrooms and guest suite bedroom have furniture that occupy the majority of floor space and can not accommodate pack and plays or alternative sleeping arrangements. Beds can't be moved to walls to act as safety rails and the beds are high from the ground and young children can fall out. Downstairs bathroom has smaller shower stall and not recommended for those with mobility issues.

Duck Flagship is a very clean and very comfortable home for our party of six. Patio is awesome with all types of comfortable furniture plus many pillows. Being next to golf fairway was fun to watch golfers pass. Many deer passed by every day….even a cute little spotted fawn. The round window upstairs was great for binoculars…looking at Bodega hills. We have rented at least 18 different homes since retiring 18 years ago. DF is one of the Best All-Round. Loved not having to unload and pack all our stuff up stairs…like most homes. DF is very well stocked for all the things renters need. Will come again for sure and will recommend to others. Thank you Nevins for a wonderful stay 👍❤️

This house was just amazing all the way around. The extra touches with the nice linens, snacks, and vanity items was such an awesome touch. Plus the jars of candy, and the jar of convenience store items just in case was top notch! Thank you again...we will definitely rent this house again.

The location was amazing on the golf course with views of Bodega Bay and Bodega Head in the back ground. The home was immaculate with all the amenities we could ever want, the spa and fire table were our favorite spots to hang out. The extra amenities from the game tables in the garage to the small caches of snacks and candies were an extra nice touch. Thank you!

I've booked countless VRBOs through the years and always had positive experiences so it pains me to write this review. Dealing with the property owner after checking out has been a nightmare. She charged me a $300 fee for having 1 additional guest beyond the 10 max. We were never over the 10 max. In fact, we rented multiple homes in the community to ensure we were within the occupancy requirements.
When I asked the property owner where she was getting this information she sent me surveillance video of my kids. I'm very comfortable with all the cameras she has throughout the place and my kids being filmed. I'm working with VRBO's support department now to get the additional charges removed.
Book at own risk, expect additional fees upon checkout, and know that the homeowner likes to film guests.

The beach house is lovely and packed with games, pool table, air hockey! Fun board games for rainy days and just overall relaxing! We didn't mind it raining during our stay bc the house offers tv, games, and heaters!! The heaters kept us warm despite it being freezing. Lots of comfort in the couch, blankets were nice. Host provides so many snacks that the kids loved it! I can't wait to go back!

we were very comfortable, the kitchen was great, the views lovely and we saw the bobcat in your garden having a litlle snooze. I was a little cold but I am nearly 90, and it did turn very rainy. The house has been renovated so everything was new- the others enjoyed the hot tub ( I don't do that anymore) and the game room. Thank you.

Despite the non-stop rain and fog, this house was the perfect combination of peace, luxury and relaxation. You can tell the owners have but countless hours of preparation into all aspects of this rental ensuring their guests are as comfortable as possible! Well done....will definitely be back to experience the sunny side of Bodega Bay!!

We've rented a lot of homes in Bodega Bay over the years and this is by far one of our favorites! Incredibly well appointed kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms - lots of little extras! We spent hours of fun playing pool and air hockey in the garage as well as lots of time around the outdoor fire table watching sunsets and eating oysters!(a few cocktails too ;) Lots of time in the amazing hot tub as well! The beds and linens...unbelievably comfortable! So many fun art pieces making it feel like a real home by the beach! Our view was spectacular looking over Bodega head and we were even treated to a full moon. The master upstairs bedroom is definitely the premium spot and sleeping with shades up allowed us to star and moon gaze. A very easy home to settle into and we had a very memorable Thanksgiving! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The house and the host were a match made in heaven for us. We are 6 women who get together once every year and found this house to please all of us individually and as a group. The accommodations, location and views were all 5 star for what we needed, wanted and what we got (some fog, sunset, sunshine and a bit of a drizzle). The host thought of everything. The house is very well-appointed and so very comfortable with extra blankets, plenty of pillows, small areas to separate yourself from the crowd, kitchen gadgets galore and a trip to the beach. We loved the fireplaces outdoor and inside in the evening, the big dining room and living room to sip coffee in the morning. WE never watched TV, but it was there. Sitting outside taking in the fresh air, views, birds, golfers and landscape made for an incredibly pleasant environment and lots of enjoyment. Thank you B, we all said we would stay there again.

Our stay at this beautiful property was perfectly appointed with well kept succulents through out, thoughtfully laid out amenities. Need a comb? Forgot your toothbrush? How about some excedrin for that headache? They had it all!
Comfortable beds and pillows, sparkly clean hot tub, chefs kitchen, fun game room, super clean and comfortable home. We will be back for our family gathering, made so special at this home on the golf course, walking distance to the beach, and beautiful sunsets!

This home is truly exceptional, from the beautiful indoor furnishings/decor to the gorgeous outdoor living areas!!! The home is beyond well-stocked with everything you'd ever need. Very comfy beds and seating and the Master suite is to die for! We had soooo... much fun celebrating family birthdays, playing games (loved the pool table and air hockey) and enjoying the hot tub in the beautiful outdoor setting. My family had a great time at this house! The outdoor space was great and perfect for enjoying the cool weather. The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We all loved exploring the beach and tide pools and the nearby hikes. Beach access was easy and close by. Area was very quiet; we had no neighbors during our visit. Loved easy day trips up and down the coast, exploring redwoods, and into wine country. Hoping to make it back soon and often.

We loved our stay! The home is absolutely amazing and Brigit has thought of everything! This home is set up wonderfully for family members or friends to socialize and still enjoy quiet times throughout. All the comforts of home and then some! Highly recommend!

This home is the perfect place to stay with a group when visiting Bodega Bay! The host/Brigit has thought of literally everything!! Since not many grocery or convenience stores nearby she has stocked the house with every single thing one might need from an extra toothbrush, coffee, snacks, filtered water in fridge, etc etc! I have stayed at many VRBO homes and this one by far has ALL the conveniences. Just loved everything about it. And the beds were all very comfortable as well.

Our stay was wonderful! The views from the property were beautiful and all of the sitting areas to enjoy them (inside and out) were fantastic! Our group of 5 spent a lot of time on the very comfortable large couch and at the large dining table with very comfy chairs. Extremely well furnished. Very clear instructions before, during and after our stay. Great and prompt communication from the host as well. There were snacks and coffee provided at check-in. The house was extremely well stocked everywhere - it had everything you would have at your own home (and more!), especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. If you forgot something, the house would certainly have it. Location is great! There is a nice walk right from the house and the house itself is close by to pretty much everything. It rained one of the days we were there but it was just as fun to be cozy inside while enjoying the views from the house of Bodega Head, the water, and sunsets. Highly recommend and I would certainly stay here again! We saw deer in the backyard one of the days. Brigit (the host) sent great recs before the trip, had a map on the fridge of the area and what to do/where to eat, and a great house manual with all the details you would need to enjoy the house and the area!

My family stayed at Brigit’s beautiful house for a memorial event at Bodega Bay. The house was immaculate and attention to detail was evident both indoors and outside. All amenities needed were available and thoughtfully placed for our convenience. Stunning home.

Brigit is an excellent host meeting or exceeding all expectations. Home includes everything you could possibly imagine to make your stay comfortable. We were still finding useful items on day 3. View and outdoor area are amazing including a spa, firepit, BBQ, Adirondack chairs and dining table that were all in very good condition and stocked with the tools you could possibly need. It was my wife's birthday and she even put up birthday decorations. We have stayed in too many understocked or partially functioning rentals with our family and really can't overstate the effort she made to think of everything a large group would need.
Pictures are perfectly accurate and up to date and in many ways don't do it justice. Don't hesitate to book property.
Unfortunately she has ruined our future travel rentals since our expectations have been lifted so high.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bridgets Beach House. The house was beautiful, looked just like the photos and it had plenty of amenities. Although the fridge was not functioning properly when we had arrived. Bridget was extremely accommodating and purchased an apartment size fridge for us and provide a cooler with ice. We would definitely recommend other people to stay here in the future.

Perfect in every way
This beautiful beach house was perfect. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, great game room in the garage, the kitchen had every appliance or gadget you can imagine. I was especially excited about the milk frother for my coffee. Everything that needed instructions were labeled for our convenience which made the stay less stressful. The beach house was spotless and and well stocked with supplies. The hot tub was well protected for privacy and from high winds. The map for the walking paths to the different beaches was a nice touch too. We will be back. Thank you James and Brigit for allowing us to stay in you beautiful beach home.

Perfect Bodega Getaway
What an amazing 4 days we just spent in Bodega at this incredible property. Simply put, it was perfect. Every amenity you could want or need was here. The location, view, cleanliness and comfort of this house was second to none. Everything felt new and sanitized. Honestly may be the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Five stars. We will definitely be back!
