This was a wonderful property to stay at for our 5nights in the keys. It was a middle point to spend a day in either key west or key largo. Villa was clean and simply furnished. Hot tub was perfect for sore muscles after a long day of fun in the sun. Rosario is prompt with information needed to make our stay comfortable. There is a limited amount of supplies, so be sure to read the list, as some might need to shop for more items before arrival.

We had a great time at this property. The layout was perfect for a family, and we enjoyed having a private little splash pool. The property manager is fantastic and extremely responsive, which we appreciated. The only drawback was that we could not use the section of boardwalk/dock located in front of the unit, because it was condemned. My boys were hoping to fish off of it.

We enjoyed the villa. The beds were comfy and there was a coffee maker with everything needed so that you don't have to run out to a coffee shop. The plunge pool was a great touch for my toddler. I was lucky to find this place at the price point. Especially since I drug my feet in finding a place to stay. I don't like staying in hotels cause there isn't any privacy. Here I had all the privacy I needed. My only recommendation would be to equip the staircase with a locking gate for toddlers. Other than that...wonderful stay!!

We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect. Host was incredibly responsive. House was very clean. The only thing was we could have used a few more plates, cups, bowls but this was such a minor thing. Overall our stay was wonderful!

This is a cute cozy place in Duck Key. We enjoyed the plunge pool in the back and also walking around on the docks lining the canals on the property. We saw manatees and lots of fish right there. It’s about 20 minutes to Marathon & groceries though you can pick up snacks / soda / drinks at a small convenience type store at the resort. The kitchen has pots / pans that you can use to make basic dinners. The fridge is completely emptied between guests so you’ll have to bring everything you need to cook. Entire place is very clean. Check out is simple, just need to lock the place up.

We had a wonderful stay at this Duck Keys condo. Everything was clean and updated and the location was perfect to drive into Marathon or Islamorada for day trips. We loved the back porch with the soaking pool overlooking the canal. Rosario was very attentive and checked in with us several times over our stay to make sure everything was okay. Definitely would stay here again!!

Lovely property great with kids
It was the ideal setup for our family of 4 with 2 little kids. Located in a quiet corner of the resort. The plunge pool was a huge hit with the kids, they wanted to live in it.

Absolutely gorgeous condo with the most accommodating hosts! 10 STARS!!!
Rosario and her husband went above and beyond to make our first trip together as a family extremely memorable. My partner and I stayed for 6 nights with our 1 month old angel on a much need Mother's Day get away!! Since we had our newborn with us we spent a majority of time in the condo relaxing and enjoying the plunge pool. The condo had high end quality pots and pans and mini oven that has the option to toast, bake and air fry! The kitchen was PERFECT for those self proclaim chefs!! You can not beat a morning walk around Hawks Cay taking in all its nature and beauty. The restaurants are open to the public and were top notch, keep in mind the amenities i.e (hotel pools and lagoon) are restricted to members and hotel guest only but it did NOT matter one bit. You can eat at the pool bar and have drinks at all the restaurants. We ventured out easily to Islamorada and Marathon and enjoyed the surrounding keys. The condo was only 15 mins away from beautiful Sombrero beach which has a Publix and liquor store right there and multiple places to eat. Then 30 mins north the most AMAZING sunset at Pierres for a romantic evening. You can also travel 12 mins and go feed the tarpon at Robbie's. We will definitely be back very soon and we HIGHLY recommend staying here!! Thank you for the lasting memories God Bless...
