It’s great for a short stay, would recommend that the place get a proper cleaning done and dishwasher serviced.

The location is amazing, close to everything! The decks are great and the crows nest at the top is beautiful and we loved to watch the sunset sitting up there.

The dishwasher smelled really bad of rotting food, found other peoples clothes in the dressers and in the sofa. The downstairs smelled due to the dishwasher being stinky.the downstairs where the bunk beds are has not been dusted for a while. The bed room upstairs is one big bedroom that had a divider built to make it into 2 rooms

We will not use these accommodations again.

We were entertained by a juvenile raccoon as well. The kids and adults both loved him. The rooms were big enough. There are lots of utensils, dishes, and silverware.

There are areas of improvement that need immediate attention. The showers in the bathrooms had comet residue in them, nails were coming out of the decks and railings. It should be included in the information for this house that the bunk beds are in the bottom level beside the laundry room. No other rooms are in that location. I would not allow children to stay on that level alone. Also, in the information on line it stated that linens were not included but it also stated to put all linens in the laundry room. In addition, bath towels and wash rags are included in the linens that are not supplied. That was not clear so we all had to buy towels once we got there. The sliding doors were extremely hard to open even for the adults. The cable and internet signal was not strong at all. Most of the time the TV stayed frozen. Te kiddos were not happy about that in the evenings. The floors were sticky/tacky. If we didn't wear shoes our feet got filthy. The shower in the hall on the mail floor literally squealed the entire time it ran. The pots and pans were not good quality at all there there were no "teflon" friendly spatulas. I made multiple attempts to contact the host with no success about the drive on beach access pass availability. I also contacted Booking.com and was told to contact the host, no success.
