Spartan but functional.

They don’t provide breakfast. The room was pretty spartan but very functional. My husband liked the cubby’s provided for stowing gear. The bed was comfortable. There is no homey feeling to the room but it was a decent price especially considering other hotels in the area.

The side of the tub was quite high. This could be a safety concern especially since there were no handrails. No breakfast. We really liked the small kitchenette with a full sized fridge and microwave however there is no kitchenware at all. Unless you brought your own pans etc. the stovetop is useless.

Best Dial in town

Love it's easy to extend your stay also I know hassle check in and they never give me problems about my dog

Don't think I'm gonna like you to purchase your own cookware for 30 bucks. But that's because people are abusing. The stopwatch taken in I think

If you want to sleep, stay elsewhere.

I could hear the people next to me snore and watch tv. The bed was no better than a pullout and the pillows were thin and smelled terrible.

Room smells bad , no housekeeping, no room services, no saucepan or silverware other hotels have all this with less money, not friendly, it's unbelievable , no coffe in room Coffe machine they have no reg sugar , no cream its....

It’s was problematic having to lay with dog hair when I’m not a dog owner

It’s was in good location near stores

The beds were not ideal and there was dog hair all over the blankets

Overall the stay was nice. I wish the rooms were more soundproof.

The walls are not very soundproof. Easy to hear hallway activity and the adjoining room activity. The guests throw their garbage in the parking lot.

Friendly staff and clean facility, great value

The staff was really nice and the room was super clean and spacious.

The bed was so hard and felt like a hospital bed. Also vagrants around the property as it is behind a QT, also so a few people who looked like they were tweakers staying a few doors down from ours. I left a night early because I just didn’t feel safe. F

We enjoyed our stay other than a rather uncomfortable mattress.

Superb

Very clean, kitchennette, nice bed and bath. No gym or breakfast. Things I wouldn't want to pay for any way. This let the price be excellent and low.

A little more shampoo would have been good, but I could have asked for at the front desk. Front desk wasn't always available, though. Minor inconvenience, not a big deal.

Pleasant

Close to my business meeting and a nice variety of dining and shopping. Clean with small kitchenette and large refrigerator.

Avoid a room on second floor above the entrance and lobby. Very noisy as doors opened and closed all night.... otherwise room was very quiet. Small self-service coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. Hard to figure out how to get into the parking lot from Mesa Blvd... Google maps had no clue! Once you figured it out, it was okay.

I'll be looking elsewhere.

The location was close to our destination, and was easy to find. The front counter staff for both my visits were very efficient, and friendly. Price was great.

I have stayed at this hotel one other time, and was very happy. This time, I will say that if you like hearing toilet water running loudly down the wall, the next rooms conversation and sneezing, the floor above literally moving and scraping furniture around with a child running back and forth at 11 pm, then this is the place for you. I would suggest that the sound proofing between rooms, and floor to floor, is barely adequate. I will not be staying here in the future.

Love the fact that there was kitchens inside each unit and was able to cook my own food save money property was very clean. Stuff was very nice.

There was no bowls, cups, spatulas, or anything to cook with and a little bit questionable about the homeless people around but very nice
