About this house rental
Super location! Great access to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Denver, Boulder, Golden, Olde Town Arvada and the mountains. You’ll be ideally located to amenities, sites, skiing, golfing or hiking. Easy access to I-70, I-76 and I-36 to Boulder. 20 minutes to Meow Wolf, the Children’s Museum and the Downtown Aquarium. Minutes to the RTD Arvada Ridge Station (the Gold Line), which takes you directly to downtown Denver Union Station (or drive there in 20 minutes!) and many other destinations.
Very comfortable, spacious home sleeps 12 with 7 beds (one with a KING bed) and 3 bathrooms. When you are not out on adventures, you’ll have plenty of space to relax at the house and super-fast Xfinity internet.
On the main floor is a huge family room, kitchen, dining room, game area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker plus pods, hand mixer, crock pot, blender, toaster, cutting boards, spice rack and butcher block knife set in addition to plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, measuring cups and silverware. Just add food!
Black-out blinds and quality pillow-top and memory foam mattresses for a great night’s sleep.
The basement provides additional privacy and includes air hockey, desk with executive chair, a 2nd family room with smart tv – perfect for multiple families traveling together, teens or large groups. There is also a spacious bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and a full bath. The Wifi is Xfinity’s top speed for effective connectivity. The laundry room is also located on this level and features new high-end washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board.
Step outside to enjoy the fresh Colorado air and spend your evenings relaxing in the privacy of the fenced-in backyard. The backyard offers a furnished deck, partially covered and partially open. Enjoy outdoor games in the beautiful courtyard area, or just relax and enjoy the perennials in the raised beds. The outdoor space is perfect for diving into your favorite novel or enjoying the beautiful Colorado sunsets or grilling on the seasonal grill (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Only minutes to Olde Town Arvada, with numerous restaurants, breweries, shops and night life. Downtown Golden offers Coors’ Breweries and tours, 4 craft breweries, quaint shops, the Colorado School of Mines and more. The acclaimed Arvada Center for the Performing Arts is only 5 minutes. This is an ideal location for concert-goers, golfers, hikers, bicyclists, skiers. Only 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Fossil Trace, Indian Tree, Applewood, Hyland Hills and Legacy Ridge are all nearby for golfing. Hiking options are endless. World-class ski resorts are only 1-1.5 hours away.

Loved having a VRBO to stay in to host small dinner reception for out of town friends attending the wedding of my son, Pam was super supportive and responsive when the local over air Guide did not show Olympics, sent over someone to register for the Peacock channel so we could have olympics on and they even went to get an extra propane tank in case we ran out on the one already attached. Loved the open multi-room setting and chance to catch up with friends we haven't seen in in years. For us, great location and easy access for the short drive to Idahoe Spirngs outdoor wedding venue.

As soon as we entered the home, we knew we made the right choice. We highly recommend this property to families who want to explore the Denver/Boulder area. This is a very clean and well stocked home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a family who wants to go out and explore the Denver area. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice place. There was a downstairs basement which was a little spooky at first to go down at night since I have never stayed anywhere with a basement. Overall it was great and clean!

Well-stocked kitchen, towels and linens, bathroom accessories, outdoor grilling, very quiet neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the downstairs privacy and separate tv room. Very functional and comfortable family room furnishings.

Overall a nice vacation rental!! We had a great visit to the Denver area and the house was a great place for us to recharge each day. Kids enjoyed the air hockey table, living areas were nice to relax and house was well stocked with things we needed throughout the week. Only knocks would be it could use some better pots and pans and the bed in the master was cratered on each side.

We stayed for a basketball tournament and we were able to have a small gathering during the day without any issues. House was perfect for 3 Moms with their son‘s.

This property was very clean and stocked with the essentials necessary for a several day long stay. It’s located in an extremely safe and cozy neighborhood and within easy distance to much of what Denver and the surrounding area has to offer. Having stayed at various other properties our party was emphatic that this is towards the top of the list in quality and experience. Perfect for a getaway.

My group had a wonderful stay. Host Pam is responsive and warm. She will genuinely check in during your stay and is easy to communicate with. The house is well stocked for guests with plenty of water, coffees, and bath and cleaning items. It is a charming house with many spaces and activities for socializing. Furniture is comfortable and in great condition. Check in and out process is extremely easy! Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to be back to book again.

Definitely one of the nicest vrbo’s i’ve stayed at! It was clean and check in/check out was simple. Pam was super nice and great at communicating! The neighbors are really sweet and we loved the neighborhood/location.

Doesn’t follow ADA law and doesn’t know how to clean golden retriever hair in a bare house - trashy neighborhood dogs barking at all hours - bass bumping on porch at all hours.
Steer clear. It’s cheap for a reason.

Pam was awesome and is her house!! Pam was quick to respond with any questions and checked up on us a couple times during our stay. The house was exactly as described, beds are comfortable, everything was super clean, it was perfect! We would definitely stay again!

Rental was perfect for our family group of 8 + infant. Super clean, tons of space, kitchen was well furnished including a generous supply of coffee pods that served our party for the entire stay. Pam, our host was super responsive and ready to help with any of our requests - which were none once we checked in. Pam was great about supplying a crib and high chair for the infant in our group as arranged beforehand. Quiet cul de sac location.

We had the most amazing time at the Arvada oasis! Super close and central to everything which was nice when we wanted to be out of Denver traffic. Communication was amazing and check in and out was a breeze. The games were all great and had all of their pieces, we have ages 5-14 year old kids and their was something for everyone!

Wonderful home on a quiet cul-de-sac that was close to everything! Pam has thought of everything you would possibly need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The teens enjoyed their own living room and bedroom in the basement and that gave them a great space to hang out. The house was so clean and inviting it really made you feel like home!
