Everything was great cool in our room air conditioner was still in a lot of cold air coming in

Location was great
Getting access to the room was a lot of hassle and could only be done online using a smart phone. There were no staff there to assist.
7.0
1. Well located
2. Suite room was very spacious
3. Property was well decorated
1. No daily room service (by request only) - at this price point I would expect it.
2. Electronic mobile door keys did not always work. Needed to reload mid week. Happier with plastic keys.
3. Staff not on site to welcome guests.
4. Prefer porcelain cups and sauces / glasses for water - paper cups only offered.
9.0
Great location, indoor and outdoor public rooms and decks. Bedroom very small.
Bedroom very small

Very cute!

very clean, modern, good location and nice rooms, a bit small though
It’s wooden floor so you can hear every time someone is walking and you can literally hear everything that is happening in the other rooms and people talking. Didn’t help much that the other guests weren’t very mindful of keeping it low

location was excellent.
sign in was difficult - no one was there and the procedure to get into our room did not work. had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come open the door. after that the room key worked fine.

Location and cleanliness were great!
There was no service once we arrived, No fresh towels, no breakfast, no one at the front desk to ask questions.
7.0
Nicely decorated place, on site parking, roofdeck, just off Commercial Street.
The room (Minot) was tiny; maybe okay if you only have a weekend bag with you, but not if you are touring through New England with real luggage.
Proper curtains that actually keep out the sun would have been nice. And we received personal attention because we didn’t receive the check-in instructions, otherwise we may never have known the proprietors.
10.0
This place is perfectly located… for walking, biking, scootering… parking is easy on property or at nearby lots.
Once inside this dreamy, cool place… rooms are quaint and comfortable beds. Good pillows!
Also, plenty of outdoor space to chill, have a drink, play a game, listen to music. The rooftop is stellar. 360 degree views… lounge chairs. Then also 2 other spaces for sitting outdoors and relaxing.
The couple who runs the place is kind and awesome. Super accommodating. Been back twice now and loved every minute.
Def a hidden gem in Ptown.
8.3
The location. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The space was quiet and cozy. They gave out discount cards to Joes coffee 👍
The door was sticking to the frame. i had to slam it to close.

location is great
while marketed as a renovated property, the room I stayed in was dated. in-window air conditioner that was extremely loud. very little communication from the hotel at check in and zero proactive communication during stay. you have to request room cleaning. finally
mildew smell was also present.

Great location. Super clean and very funky.
For the price I felt like the rooms could have been a little bigger and more accommodating
9.0
the location was excellent - just off the beaten path but in the heart of everything. the main commercial street was about a half block away but far enough to avoid crowd noise.
the interior of the hotel was a bit loud - it is a small place in a densely populated area so this is unavoidable - we turned our air conditioner up a bit and that helped

location, service and rooms were all lovely!
7.0
No Breakfast provided.
Room was too small to accommodate luggage.
9.0
Great location , walking distance to everything.
In 5 days only towels were changed , no cleaning done to the room.
An ice maker available to guest will be nice, specially in the summer time.
