The property was very clean and listed accurately. It was spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had just enough of what you’d need to cook. The deck was wonderful to relax on with full windows out looking the mountains with beautiful sunsets. The street has a culdasack

The house is located near the center of Jackson, as well as all the hiking, waterfalls and nearby attractions. What made this lovely house an amazing house was the views of Mt. Washington and the Montalban Ridge. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were cozy and the tubs were greatly appreciated after a day of hiking. We will definitely be renting again!

We recently stayed for a four day stretch. The house was well laid out, with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. Short drive to downtown Jackson and great views of the Valley and Mt Washington we would stay again for sure!

Clean, cozy, and comfortable. By family and I had a fun and restful time in this gorgeous home. It felt like home but with an incredible views of the mountains. Plenty of space to spread. The telescope was a much appreciated special touch.

Beautiful views, remote but close to town, quiet, spacious. A really wonderful place to stay! Bottom door was very hard to open. Showers were quite small for otherwise large luxurious bathrooms. Can’t wait to stay again in the future!!

The stay was amazing. I only have a few complaints. The trash barrel in tehe garage was already full when we got there. It stunk pretty bad so we called Wednesday night. I was told someone would be there that night or the next day. No one showed up. We called again on Friday and someone finally came Friday night.
Also, the checkout instructions said to leave the bed linens on the bed. The instructions I got this morning said to strip the linens off the bed. Not sure which one was correct. We left the bed linens on the bed.

We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled with another family and there was plenty of space for us all to gather. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Having laundry facilities was an added bonus. The views were amazing and the house was stocked with anything we needed to cook. Our favorite time was sitting on the deck and enjoying the sunsets together. We will definitely be back!

Location was as expected with lovely view. Place was reasonably clean with just a few spots under beds, furniture that were visibly dirty. Very disappointed that we could not regulate the A/C. Only cooled off to 78 during the day (it was in the 90’s a couple days) didn’t seem to be on at all at night. It was very uncomfortable sleeping. Hiking and restaurants were fantastic. House was well equipped except no hair dryer. Message to host was unanswered

We love staying in Jackson during all seasons. I grew up on Upper Highlands, so it's always a nostalgic experience when we get to stay so close to our old family home. This house was perfect for our two families and the views were incredible from all vantage points in the house. The kids loved the bunk room downstairs. The two main bedrooms were great with very comfortable beds/linens. The shower fixtures could use some CLR to improve the water pressure, but that's a common maintenance issue with the well water in the area. We all agreed we'd book this house again for future stays. Thank you!

The house is in a great location with beautiful views. It is clean and reasonably updated. It has all the amenities you would need.. with the exception of heat for our trip. This was a problem since the temps outside dropped to the low 40s at night and we were traveling with small children and elderly parents. The baseboards only worked in two of the four bedrooms and not in the common area. We contacted Vacasa and they were not very helpful and continued to tell me to be patient. Nearly 12 hours later at 7pm someone arrived to see that the heating was not working in certain zones. He provided some space heaters, but given that we have small children they weren’t great options safety wise. Vacasa’s website is very nice with all the bells and whistles, but I would be hesitant to book through them again after how they handled this maintenance issue. The “local staff” couldn’t even reach out to the owners to see if they had been having work done to the heating system since the fireplace was an eye sore with exposed metal vents inside. All in all the house is very nice, but the corporate customer service on the part of Vacasa was terrible.

Located just a few miles from the center of North Conway, there is tubing, Ice Skating, shopping, lots of places to eat or just stay in and cook. This home fit our family comfortably, spacious and cozy. Loved it and would rent again!!

The house has incredible views. Very clean. Embarrassingly luxurious. Short drives to all the trails, cliffs and waterfalls you could ask for. Local restaurants, bakeries, and roadside haunts abound. We hope to return.

This house was very nice, two master bedrooms worked well for two couples. We enjoyed the area, quick to get into town. The only drawback was it was quite hot and humid while we there. There was central air conditioning, but we were not able to control it ourselves. The bedrooms were very hot at night and nobody slept very well. We reached out to the company running this home but never got any answer. This was frustrating.

Great views, private location. Quiet area of town.
House description was accurate, but failed to mention radon mitigation system as this would have been nice to know about.
Kitchen floor, counter, and appliance surfaces were not clean. Vacasa was contacted and we were told a maintenance team would come out to address the situation, but they did not come out. We then cleaned the counters before using.
Disappointing to not be allowed to use the Keurig as the plug had a plastic fastener preventing its use.
Carpets throughout house were not well vacuumed and there were cobwebs in certain room corners.
Appreciated the laundry room, but dryer lint screen was not cleaned. We cleared the screen and the vent before using.
