We chose this property due to location. The price was inviting as well. The cottage was BEAUTIFUL/CLEAN/ROOMY!!! We had issues with the lock, which I'm sure was operator error, LOL! The owner was so helpful in helping us with it, complete sweet heart. We will be staying again for sure.

Had an issue where the power to the entire street went out but host communicated the issue well and assisted by relaying any information from the power company. The Very quick response was greatly appreciated. Was enough sleeping space and large table for games.

If you’re looking for a GOTL home for a family get-a-way, ANY time of the year, look no further. This home has it all! As a host, Patte is so friendly, responsive, and helpful! The home is spacious, comfortable, well stocked, and in the perfect location. The kitchen is huge and the living room/dining room is very open with lots of seating. Even though we didn’t use it, the centralized laundry area would be fantastic for washing and drying. Having two full bathrooms was really convenient. The home is walking distance from the Firehouse Winery and the GOTL Brewing Company. It is right across the street from Sporterz. FYI- if weather permits and you open a window, bring ear plugs for sleep. The town is super fun and a bit noisy late into the evening. We can’t wait to come and stay again. Thank you!

We booked this home with another swim team family to travel to and from Spire Institute with for a 3 day swim competition. Patte was so accommodating and attentive. The house was clean and comfortable. Location was great!

We had a great weekend getaway here. The house is clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The weather wasn't the best during most of our stay, but this location would be perfect for walking to the attractions on the strip, and it's just a short drive to so many fantastic wineries in the area. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. We wouldn't hesitate to book another stay.

This is the ideal property if you want to enjoy the lake or love walking up and down the strip. The house has everything you need to stay comfortable and enjoy the visit. I am definitely going to book again in the future.

From check in to check out this place was a perfect fit. We commented multiple times how right at home we felt. From the perfect location on the strip for any and all activities, to a nice stroll down the private lane to the beach to watch the sunset it was perfect.

This very well-maintained property has a lot of space! It is also conveniently located in the Strip with a view of Lake Erie. Everything in this area is walkable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is into the nightlife scene.

House was perfect for our group of friends! Location was awesome. Right on the strip within walking distance of everything. Beautiful lake views just a few steps down the road! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and very clean. We would definitely stay again!! We had a wonderful weekend!

We had a girls trip to GOTL. We were less than 15 minutes from the wineries, walking distance to the strip with several restaurants, attractions, and night life. There was also a private beach steps away from the property. The owner was helpful with questions and very clear with check in and check out. The place was clean and had lots of space for our guests. Would recommend this location for people visiting GOTL.

Awesome location where you can walk to so many things to see and do! You can walk to the beach and watch the waves or walk to the main strip and get some great meals or snacks! Almost no need to pack a bunch of food and cook when deliciousness is a short walk away - and who wants to cook when you are on vacation? The house was perfect for all of our friends and very spacious - I would stay here again for sure!

Highly recommend. House is clean, larger than it looks in pictures and supplies everything you need for your stay. Location is amazing. Short walk to water and to the strip. We especially enjoyed sitting on benches by the water and watching the sunset.

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and exactly how described. There was plenty of room, games, towels, kitchenware, etc. The location was perfect! We will definitely look to stay again! Patte was wonderful in her communication as well.

We loved our stay here, especially the ability to walk to the private beach for amazing sunsets and fun swims for the kids, and walk to the strip for arcades and food. The house and parking are right there, so no need to fight for parking or bathrooms on the strip, and you're close if you forget anything! We loved the state park beach also and had a great day there with only a short drive. There is so much space in the house, so we had plenty of room to spread out, and separate living areas for kids to watch a movie while adults play a game, etc.

The house was as described! Spacious, clean, and had an amazing porch! Steps away from the lake and the strip! The beach access was actually better than described! Would recommend. We hope to stay again!!
