Most importantly, the shallow beach entry into the water, docks and shore are ideal for long summer days playing in Western Maine's favorite lake. Your private water access with 40 feet of waterline lies directly across a small lightly traveled road from the home. The newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up meals and mixing up cocktails to enjoy in the beautiful eat-in kitchen or just outside the sliding glass doors on the large wrap-around deck overlooking the calm cove of the lake.
An open, cathedral ceiling living room is a cozy space to relax while still being connected and near the rest of the home. Also on the main floor with the kitchen and living room, you will enjoy a comfortable master bedroom and full bathroom.
The living room is overlooked by two upstairs bedrooms and a catwalk built-in bunk space overlooking the grand living room and accompanied by a full bathroom. The upstairs provides a quiet retreat for sleeping and relaxation for up to 7 guests.

Pull up to the bar or head out to the sprawling stone patio and firepit overlooking the green lawn and lake for a night of games and fun for the whole family. A separate bedroom including a queen sized bed and bunk bed, full bathroom, and two full-size futons in the entertainment area add more space for guests.
Just around the bend of the cove, Thompson Lake Marina offers boat and water sport rentals and a friendly neighborhood general store. Golf courses, adventure parks, ice cream shops, dining and entertainment - all located within a short drive.

This is our second summer staying at this home and we love everything about the property and location!

We had such a good time at this house! The lake was beautiful and we truly lucked out on the weather as it was sunny all week. The place was super clean when we arrived. Ample space for all of us and crazy how close it is to the marina so we could launch our boat! A few things to note: there was only one roll of TP per bathroom so make sure you bring some! Trash bags were limited so bring those as well. We ended up doing three loads of towel laundry due to use which was fine! The showers are all wonderful and the kids loved the game room space downstairs. Thank you for an awesome stay!!

Clean, roomy, well-equipped property. Great location. Plenty of yard space for kids to play. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock. Also the kids enjoyed the small beach area. We had a wonderful vacation!

The house was lovely. A few things were not working properly or were broken- but when reported to the property manager, she handled them quickly and professionally. The waterfront is as described. But the water is very shallow - we were hoping to e able to jump off the dock. Lots of duck poop on the dock- but there’s not much that can be done about the wildlife.

The home is perfect for large groups who love to hang out communally. The property managers were prompt in responding and taking care of an issue with the house. Highly recommend.

Wish we'd found this place before spending hundreds of dollars on awful hotels to visit my kid@Bates College. This is a terrific house, very welcoming, friendly. Exactly as you see it on VRBO. Maybe better. Lake is lovely, we spent all our down time on the dock, just terrific.

The Lakefront Home was the perfect location with all the amenties. It was very clean and provided all the comfort one needs. The proximity of Restaurants and casino was an added bonus. We had great access to the lake. Also, we could walk to the marina located across the road. We rented a boat that provided a great day on the water. I highly recommend staying.

Laurens home was perfect for our extended family stay. Kids loved the game room down stairs, big tvs & fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Adults loved the kitchen and deck for gathering. Bedrooms were well appointed - AC, shades and comfy beds. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The lake across the street was very nice but too shallow to swim so having dock access was key. We rented a boat both days from the marina (a short 5 minute walk down the street) and kids enjoyed water tubing during the day. Had a wonderful time & was very happy with our stay!

For the last five years, my husband and I, our two daughters, and their families have stayed in the Sebago Lake area for one week. This is the fourth house we have stayed in, and it was absolutely the best. It was so spacious that we could all spread out and have some, quiet, alone time. But the large living room, and the kitchen/dining room were big enough so that we could all come together to enjoy meals, special activities, movies, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Lauren at the property management company was extremely responsive and quickly provided beach towels and dish towels when we found we didn’t have any. The deck, the chairs around the fire pit, and the dock all provided lovely spaces for being outside and relaxing. The only down side of our stay was that the little ones didn’t like the mucky bottom of the lake and the grasses that surrounded the dock. But that is hardly something under the owners’ control. Overall, our 8-year-old summed it up well: “This house is awesome!!”

We had a truly incredible time at the lake! The house is huge with all the essentials and more than enough room for multiple families to spread out. We rented a pontoon boat at the marina next door and thoroughly enjoyed the pristine, quiet Thompson Lake. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay! We will be back!

Great spot and enough room for the family and 2 & 4 year old to run around. The marina within walking distance has great rates on boat rentals. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a way. Thanks

Enough space for our large family to spread out. Having coffee in the beautiful sunlit living room was a highlight of my day - beautiful sunrise views. Steps from the dock and the marina. We had a wonderful time! A week was not enough.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old and felt instantly welcomed with a stash of toys, pack n play and drawer of crayons and paper! There was plenty of space and the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve had in a rental house. The lake offered hours of relaxation and fun for the kids with easy access with a shallow sandy entry by the dock. The longer dock was perfect spot to start the day with coffee and end the day seeing beautiful sunsets. Nothing like a cozy fire pit with s’mores and the loons calling. I highly recommend this house in a great location!
