Great Location and View. Recently refurbished. Reasonable value.

Smart, stylish comfortable and recently refurbished large waterfront room on the front of the building with a great view over the harbour from the balcony. In terms of location, it does not get better than this in Spetses. The breakfast is a very decent help yourself buffet and you can take it outside to eat on the hotel cafe seating - which is right outside on top of the harbour wall - and enjoy the superb location and view even if you do not have one of the suites on the front. Transfer from the boat involves no more than walking maybe 100m from the jetty. You might or might not like the fact that the door handle will talk to you.

The touch buttons for the lighting are a bit hard to see and use and the balcony seating needs cleaning but, in fairness, that was because there was a rainstorm that brought down a whole load of Saharan dust a few days before my stay. Check-in was a bit chaotic but we got there in the end. Maybe the rooms are a little bare could use some art on the walls or a large potted plant in the corner just to make them a little more cosy.

The property has a lot of potential, If all negatives would have been taken care off, or prices drop could be an option.

The balcony view, location, comfortable bed and pillows and the spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast lady very welcoming, warm and kind. Reception girls the same. Beautiful cafe location and breakfast could be served outside at the cafe and enjoy the view of the port. Also Very welcoming cafe staff and cleaning ladies.

The property has been very badly and cheap refurbished. Very bad insulation on the main doors of the rooms, same on windows. As the property is located on the ports main entrance this should have been taken care. Dirty windows blinds, not well cleaned windows which were giving to the guest the feeling of a not properly cleaned room. Some broken tiles in the bathroom which could have been better cleaned. No information on the island or WiFi facilities and info on the hotel upon arrival from the gentleman at the reception who I understood is the owner. In general the price of this room should have been much less of what we paid if you compare it with another boutique hotel we visit in the area, with the same price, but a 10/10 in everything!

Nice hotel in a perfect location

The hotel location is great- at the harbor The room was large and clean and the staff was polite and service oriented. Comfortable bed

Breakfast can be improved and I recommend to add warm dishes and vegetables. The maintenance of the room can be improved

Emplacement sur le port. Belle vue sur la mer.

Accueil froid. Personnel sans chaleur ni envie de recevoir, même en début de saison... . Pas de réponse aux demandes de renseignements via Booking. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre. Salle de bain étrange. Rénovation partielle et cheap de l'établissement: Buisines is Buisines, mais à l'heures d'AirBnb ce genre d'établissement devrait réfléchir et se remette en cause.

It was ok but would not stay again.

Perfect location, amazing view and the staff both at the hotel and the cafe were very kind and helpful

The room was not clean when we checked in. The interior was dated and lots of things were broken like the cupboards and the water tap. It is a real shame as the hotel has the best view and location on the island.

A Great place to be in city center

Location and Staff was EXCEPTIONAL ! I really loved all the people working on this hotel and they were more than helpful. You are very lucky to have excellent employees Change policies and fix facilities to make it the best hotel to be. All you need to add is some Love for tourism!

Breakfast was not good at all they charged extra for the cappuccino and there was nothing Hot. The Flush was broken so for 2 days we had no flush.

beautiful views, made waking up a joy. staff were friendly and such a great location

the view from the double aspect windows was superb, room was large, comfortable bed, friendly staff, so close to ferry and sea and town.

breakfast was a little basic, shower was slightly broken so the flow wasn’t as good.

Disappointing. You are paying simply for the view, nothing else.

The view from the balcony was stunning.

The room was dated and the beds were uncomfortable. In the bathroom the shower was hand held which was completely impractical. For roughly £100 per night I would expect at the very least the shower head to have the option of being in a shower holder/shower slider rail. I also thought it was unacceptable that the hotel was unaware we had already paid via booking.com. I showed confirmation of this on both my booking.com app and my email, however the staff member was not interested and caused us unnecessary stress by suggesting we would need to re pay. Thankfully she contacted another staff member who confirmed we had paid, however this waiting around caused us anxiety we didn’t need, especially as we had a ferry to catch, which I did make the staff member aware of. This should have been a quick check out but unfortunately it only added to the endless list of problems we found with the accommodation. I was extremely disappointed as every other accommodation we have stayed in while in Greece has been cheaper and a lot more value for money.

Great place to visit in the heart of Spetses

Right on the shores of the harbour 200 metres walk to a seamless check in. very friendly staff and a comfortable room with a view of the harbour. They made accommodations for us to leave our rental quads in a safe place and then open the gate early so we could go fishing. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Quite a beautiful island and an awesome stay.
