Welcome to Le Chamonix D, an AvantStay home!
A 3-bedroom condo that has been newly remodeled is located in the core of Mountain Village, seconds from the gondola, ski school, and ski area.
Guests enter this two-story condo from the second floor accessed by elevator and outdoor hallway. When you enter the condo, the first bedroom is located on the right and has a queen bed and a private, newly remodeled bathroom. To the left of the entry is the second bedroom. This bedroom has a captain's bunk bed (twin bed over a queen). Across the hall from the second bedroom is a bathroom with a steam shower and a washer/dryer. Continuing down the hall is the open living room and kitchen area. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, has granite countertops, a brand new stainless steel fridge, and three bar stools. The living room features a dining room table, a gas fireplace, 36-inch flat-screen TV, a CD player, and access to a deck with an outside propane grill.
There is a spiral staircase in the living room leading to the master bedroom. This bedroom has a split king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Super clean and amazing location if you want to be in the heart of Mountain Village. We stayed in off season so it was quiet. Parking was the only issue we had. Pretty confident we had the right garage, but with it being off season it was full with workers and hard to locate it. We just stayed two nights so didn't contact Avantstay. We've stayed at several of their properties and they always do a great job!

Super clean and stocked condo in the heart of Mountain Village within walking distance of all stores, restaurants, gondolas, lifts. Super friendly and helpful management who answered questions very quickly and expeditiously solved any minor issues we had. Fireplace is great, as is the in-unit washer/dryer. Primary bedroom is on second floor and spiral staircase a bit precarious, but overall a great unit and incomparable location! Would definitely book this property again.

The condominium fit our needs perfectly. It's in a quiet part of the village, but an easy walk to the gondola and restaurants. The unexpected plus was the large deck where we had many enjoyable meals as a family, enjoying the beautiful weather and views! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had 3 couples stay here for a ski trip and it was perfect. The location in mountain village was close to everything and the unit was clean, updated, and comfortable for 6 people. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in mountain village for our ski trip. Super easy to get the kids to ski school in the morning and close to the gondola and all amenities. Only downside was the hot tub being closed. Hopefully this will change soon.

Perfect
The location of this property in Mountain Village is absolutely perfect. Everything we needed was within walking distance and it was very important to be close to the ski lifts. The unit had everything we needed especially the well-equipped kitchen. We loved the upstairs bedroom/bath and the downstairs bathroom that was recently remodeled is fabulous! Our family would certainly consider this property in the future.

Overall this is a nice property. The upstairs mattress felt like it was from the Civil War era. Parking pass was not in the condo, but the maintenance man brought one to us the same day. Internet went out, but again, Alpine Lodging brought us a good hot-spot to use instead.

First trip to Telluride for a wedding. Chamonix D was the perfect location and accommodations for three couples. Very clean, super easy to check in and check out, very responsive management (even during a holiday weekend). The unit had everything we needed. Great location to walk to everything.

In the heart of Mountain Village.
Our family of five rented this cute 3 bed/bath for the last week of July. We loved having the windows/doors open to hear the afternoon happy hour music. The open floor plan made cooking/dining enjoyable without feeling cramped. We grilled delicious local veggies from the Wednesday farmers market in the Village. The free gondolas into the town of Telluride were so convenient & liberating for those who didn’t want to drive. Make sure to reserve mountain bikes to ride down the mountain in advance or you may be out of luck like we were. Overall this was an easy breezy vacay for everyone.

This property was exactly as advertised. It is conveniently located to the Heritage Plaza with quick access to the gondola and restaurants. The property was clean and nicely appointed. The check in/out process was easy. Thank you for sharing this property. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was under construction and wasn’t disclosed to us. We raised the issue with the property management team and they did a good job working with us. We will likely return and stay in the condo.

Location is great, but some smaller items need attention to detail. For example, there are no spices.. Not even salt or pepper. Petty, but the coffee maker never worked because it was a 5 dollar coffee maker which for the type of location, you would think it has high end items.

Summer Stay in Mt Village
The condo is great~spaicous, clean, good location for the Village core. We usually stay in the town of Telluride but definitely got more space for the $$ during the summer in Mt Village & with all the construction downtown we opted for MV this summer. Upon arrival found the condo fine but the parking is a bummer. You cannot park behind or really near condo even though there is a rock parking lot.Our tip would be to pull in the steep rock parking lot to unload then move your car. The free parking provided (difficult to find initially, is in a Heritage Garage which with our carrier was inaccessible to us due to height (7'6") :( The condo was very clean; however the "common space"/area outside of all the condo front doors could use some attention. We had 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms which was great. One room is up a very steep spiral stairways so take it easy on the Tempter beer if using these. Also if you are need the upstairs king bed made into 2 twins make sure & let them know ahead of time. The kitchen was well supplied & updated. The master bedroom bathroom was very nice. The bunk room is small~fine for kids; however one window was broken & would not crank open which in the summer was an issue. There are TVs in every room, DVD player in family room & nice CD player in family room as well. I would strongly suggest they hang black out shades in the bunk room & the upstairs room. There are "party lights" strung outside of BootDoctors across the pedestrian walkway that are VERY bright & don't turn off until late. There was a common / shared hot tub which we didn't use. It was hug, nothing aesthetic to look out. Never saw anyone cleaning it. I really wish condos would advertising the regular cleaning of these tubs ~ I'm really not a germaphobe but after my kids got folliculitis one year .....rather not repeat that ~yuck! MV is great for families with young kids & the Spider man jumpy deal is very close & a bit loud. Im really not complaining just trying to share the atmosphere with future renters ~ & really nothing matters bc you are in beautiful Telluride !! Definitely would rent again especially in the winter...Just remember the gondola stops at midnight in case you find yourself stuck at the The Buck late one night .

Place is as explained, no issues per se, was a good size for 6 people and convenient to everything. Hard to find and the parking directions are confusing as well. We never found any spots labeled with the condo name but we didn't have issues parking in an empty spot.

Totally enjoyed our stay in the comfortable condo, well situated to enjoy all that Telluride has to offer. It took us a bit to find it, but we enjoyed the fact that it was a hidden gem.

Condo is located over Boot Doctors in Mountain Village. It's an easy walk, even in ski boots, to lift 4 or the free gondola.

Management staff was very competent & supportive. A minor issue with one of the toilets was promptly resolved. Condo was clean & comfortable, with plenty of space. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Condo was in an excellent location in the central village core. Public transit (trams, shuttles, buses) was superb.. Mountain Village Issues: Parking is a challenge if you have more than one car. Signage and maps are inadequate for some of the parking lots and condo complexes, so it is better to show up early well before it gets dark.
I would definitely stay here again, but would show up earlier in the day and have family members do a better job af car pooling.

First time to Telluride and didn't know our way around so it took a bit to find the condo. People were very nice and helped out. Once getting to the condo it was all worth it. Very clean, perfect for three couples, and had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to have hand towels. We all loved it.
