Overall decent stay, spent 5 days here, first of all very confusing lay out of property, parking was especially tight (due to bigger truck) have to literally walk a very steep hill to get to the cabin (not their fault) but was annoying to have to sit outside cabin for over 15 minutes trying to reach out to host to get into the cabin (this shouldn’t have been an issue) once inside the cabin it wasn’t terrible as someone who travels a lot I have seen worse, though it does call for an update, couch was worn and you can tell, it was decently clean there was dust build up in some places but overall was not bad, hot tub was great my kid loved it. Biggest complaint I have with the cabin is that for a 4 night 5 day stay was we only got 3 towels to make do for the entire trip!? Also no washer or dryer in cabin or really anywhere near the cabin so that was a disappointment as well. Did hear the people upstairs a lot but that’s not the host fault. Overall not a bad stay just need some minor touch ups on some things.

I loved that the location is very close to where ever you want to go in the Piegon Forge area. 2 blocks away from the main road in Piegon Forge. If you are sensitive to noise just be aware the cabin may be located on the bottom of another multi level unit. Although we had no complaints about the people that stayed above us, if someone with small kids that run around, I see where it could be a bother. The cabin was really clean and easy to access. Hot tub did not have enough water inside to usable, however we didn't come for the cabin hot tub.

The cabin was in a great location . There were activities on the resort for those rainy days. Everything was clean and neat. We would stay there again!

Perfect spot for our family of 4. Kroger is right down the hill making it easy to stock up on food and supplies and not fight traffic in Pigeon Forge. Very central to tons of attractions. We loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the city. 😍 Great communication from the owners as well!
Some things that could be improved were the couch- it’s very worn and flaking so it got all over if it was sat on and it would stick to my kids skin. The pull out mattress was really thin with the metal bar being felt when laying on it. Also, it was super slick trying to get from the hot tub to the shower because there is one main rug in the living room and that’s it. The indoor pool was closed during our stay which was also stinky since we had 2 kiddos looking forward to swimming, but that’s no fault of the owners obviously. For the price though, these things wouldn’t hold us from rebooking in the future.

Enjoyable stay
This property is in a great location and is well maintained. The grill was great and we enjoyed grilling dinner on the back deck. Bringing in luggage was a tad bit difficult as there is no parking in front of the property. You must park slightly away from the properties front entrance. You then walk up a steep hill to the property and down a flight of stairs. This is a lower level of a cabin that has another cabin on top. Not an issue as long as the people on top walk quietly.....and doesn't drop anything.

Cabin rental
They made this seem like a secluded cabin in the ad only to get there and there was no parking. You had to carry everything up the side of a mountain then down 2 flights of stairs. It has nice furniture and was clean just not what was projected in the ad. They were very responsive and helped but further in the future I will have to do more research.. there were kids pouring water from the hot tub upstairs which why is there a hot tub over mine anyway. Mediocre experience

Family Easter Weekend
My family and I checked out of 442 on 4/17/22, after staying 3 nights.
I’d like to leave a positive review, but I also want to highlight some areas in which we were not impressed.
Most details were minute, and not terribly worrisome, for example, the dust on the bedroom curtains and furniture, or the lack of a broom, which was mentioned on the phone call I made Thursday evening.
However, we did have some more pressing concerns regarding our stay:
As I mentioned on the phone Thursday evening (4/14) , the lock to the balcony did not work; even after it was “fixed” the next day, it continued to be an issue. The lock would only engage with much finagling and effort, which we were obligated to put forth to ensure the safety of our 3-year-old daughter. We were severely disappointed in the situation not being properly rectified.
Additionally, it seemed that our unit was the only one which did not have a parking spot within a reasonable distance, but instead, down the hill, which was incredibly difficult for me to walk, as I have mobility issues. While I realize this was more of a “luck of the draw” situation, I would not have selected Unit 442 had I known about the distance and grade of which I had to walk and carry belongings; the photos online did not depict this.
Also, while mentioning the walk, I must bring up an incident which occurred Thursday night, after dark, when I went to retrieve something from our vehicle.
I was walking back up the hill, which was not adequately lit, and I tripped over the raised sidewalk, coming off of the blacktop, as I crossed over to the wooden path to our unit.
I fell hard, with no time to catch myself, and, in doing so, scraped my right knee, right elbow, and right hand before landing on my right shoulder.
The initial pain was great, but I made my way back to the unit and brushed it off, assuming the pain would subside.
Upon waking Friday morning, I found my shoulder still quite sore, but again, did my best to ignore it, assuming the soreness would pass.
As of this text, I am still unable to reach behind my back and lift so much as a gallon of milk with a fair amount of discomfort.
I will be checking in with my primary care physician this week to assess whether or not any damage was done, outside of the scrapes and possible subcutaneous bruising.
Aside from these concerns, we found Unit 442 to be pleasant in appearance and cleanliness, and it was adequate in meeting our needs.

Fabulous
We were just going for a little weekend getaway. This cabin was so comfortable and cozy. The modern twist of a log cabin. The bed was absolutely comfortable and the best part was the hot tub. It was great just to sit and soak after a busy day in the mountains. Highly recommend.

It’s was alright…
I think I’ve rented a better place before. Was a little disappointed, no washer/dryer with a hot tub is a hassle even tho the laundromat is 6 minutes away. Not really a good laundromat by the way… I didn’t realize that the unit was downstairs. It was a hassle carry everything in. The table in the living room to get the pull out bed was definitely heavy. Other than all of that, you are minutes from going out and doing things and close to the grocery stores and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub in the freezing weather :)

It was simple and the communication was great. I just wish the parking was better.

Weekend getaway
That was the first time ever staying in a cabin. Looks like a cabin on the outside but on the inside just a small apartment. The parking is not ideal. You have to walk up a big hill and if your coming in a little later there was no parkin new we had to park in a different parking area no where near our cabin. That’s the onlly bad part.
3.0
Nice for a couple days stay.
This was cabin was not as expected. It was actually a lower level duplex. The parking was down the hill away from the walkway to the house. It was a quite a walk to get to the lower level from the car. Not ideal for anyone who has any disabilities. It was nice inside, just not as shown in the pictures.

Two Day Getaway
There were things we liked and some we did not. The price was right and it was conveniently located to attractions. The property manager was responsive and the hot tub was enjoyable. However, they use Bromine for the hot tub and the smell was very strong including inside the unit. The unit had high walls and ceilings which looked great, but there was substantial noise from people in the unit above (just walking on the floor). A towel was stained and a toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet gurgled at night. The kitchen faucet was loose. Further, the staircase leading down to the unit does not meet code. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the interior could use some updating.

We stayed in this same condo complex last fall and enjoyed ourselves so much that we made it a point of coming through the area and staying with My Smoky Rentals again while we were driving cross country to see family. The place is clean, well appointed, and is in a perfect location.

Great cabin, parking not so much
The only issue was the parking arrangement. There was no private parking at the cabin. We had to park and walk up the hill.

Highly recommend for couples that get around fairly well. Nice cabin not far off the parkway close to everything! We had a few issues with alarms going off (property management took care of) and kids stomping in the cabin above but all in all very nice place to stay.
2.5
great couples getaway. close to restaurants and shops. definitely not handicap friendly and the upstairs guests were extremely loud but thankfully quieted down for bedtime.
2.5
My family and my self enjoyed our stay. We will be booking again!
2.0
Had a terrible time going up and down hills and steps. Fell down steps twice. No parking!!!
Cabin itself was very comfortable and clean. Everyone was extremely nice.
1.5
The cabin we rented had upstairs guest as well. They were extremely loud, they walked heavy and vibrated pictures on our walls all hours of the night. There was no dead bolt on the door, the sliding glass door did not lock, the chain lock was screwed to the molding and the molding was hanging when we entered the room. The TVs were a little outdated and the picture was very poor. For the price you couldn’t get anything as close and quiet as this cabin. Beggars can’t be choosers.
2.5
This was a nice cabin and neighborhood. I would stay in this community again! Although there isn’t a w/d in the cabin, there is a laundromat right down the road! The only other thing that could be helpful to others is knowing there isn’t parking right out front. There is a parking lot down the hill and also stairs to get up and down to the second floor cabin unit! The process of booking was great and simple checking in!
1.5
Fantastic hot tub. There are stairs and steep hill to walk so keep that in mind if you have disabilities.
2.0
We had an absolutely amazing time there. House was perfect for the two of us. Managers were excellent and responded very quickly to anything we needed. Only down side for us was a few cleanliness issues
2.5
Cabin was very clean, a/c works very well. Plenty of space for a small family. Very close to everything. Will absolutely recommend to others.
2.0
Nice and spacious for a one bedroom.
Could hear guests upstairs.
No enough parking.
Will rent again.
2.5
Nice location, currently some construction/maintenance work going on around the properties. Inter was well maintained. AC kept the rooms chilly when it was blistering outside. Only complaint would be the outside noises, lots of traffic and numerous ac units can always be heard humming.
