The location was convenient
The heater didn’t work some nights causing me to get sick. The TV remote didn’t work. Supplies from the contract was not provided upon arrival. Mini fridge, blow dryer, extra towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans were only provided upon request. The bed sheet was as similar to a pice of cloth with unsewed edges. Hot water was off for a day. Incorrect key code was provided leaving me out in the cold for over an hour. The landlord wasn’t answering his phone.

Easy to access the property/room. Clean room/bathroom. Would happily stay again
Ended up leaving early due to a power outage so didn't stay the night, however when the light in the room was on it was a bit sharp due to no lamp shade.

nothing it was the worst experience
the bedsheets smelt very dusty, bathroom had other occupants clothes all over the floor. hallway entrance to room looked like the beginning of a construction site.

The neighbor living next door greeted me offering sexual offers and started showing his penis, very strange and doggy place, dirty floor, I do not recommend

Honestly - there isn’t much to enjoy about this property. The breeze from the loft window was the highlight.
Turned up on Monday to a house that was being used as part hotel, part rental property (there are no staff onsite - I walked into my room to a half naked man already in my booked room. I was advised by the staff once I called that I could make use of another room (not an en suite) for the time being but I really just wanted to get a shower after a long days work and a 45 minute journey to the property. The fact there was already another guest in the room - meant the sheets/towels and everything was already unclean - the staff I contacted explained they would bring me clean linen - I was kept waiting until 10:00pm and then they never arrived, it wasn’t until 3:00pm the next day that I actually received the clean linen. So I had spent the night without a clean sheet on the bed, which is quite disgusting. I was then ignored by the staff for the majority of my stay. When I finally spoke with the staff I was told that the first person I spoke with, was actually double booking rooms and taking cash from guests. This stay was possibly one of the worst stays I’ve had in the last year and I’ve stayed in hotels for work consistently each week for 8 months. I have since had contact with the second member of staff - whom said he would look into reimbursement for the issues I have faced but I honestly have little hope for this.

Great location and was met at the property by a friendly chap, however please note this is a room in what was a private house, even though it was cheap, general cleanliness was appalling and it smelt bad too, so dirty we didn’t stay there

close to the train station
Not signposted, hard to find

Nothing, except for the transport.
The room is just a room from a rented house occupied by other tenants that refused me entry into the house. I felt it was a scam.
