Even the pictures dont do this place justice. The house is large and luxurious. State of the art appliances. The pool is fantastic. And you cannot beat the location. Super close to the gathering place, and not far from about anywhere you need to go. Place was clean, host was communicative, the neighborhood was safe. Cant recommend enough.

We came to Tulsa for a family reunion, the house was amazing, the host was so communicative and accommodating and there was plenty of room in the spacious home. The pool is great for cooling off and we all had a great time. I’d highly recommend this beautiful home in the beautiful historical neighborhood with all the great brick homes and tree lined streets.

Such a charming home with great space and a pool in a safe, historic, beautiful neighborhood! Gail was so quick to communicate and made it easy to find everything in the house and get any information we might need. Extra touches abound! So close to downtown, midtown, Utica Square, TU and we could walk (.5-1mile) to the Philbrook or Brookside dining and shops! Wonderful kitchen and it was a fabulous place to land over a wedding weekend with our family.

We had 6 adults two young children and one infant. We all loved this house! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a pool. The house is within walking distance of the Gathering Place park which is a must see! The house is close to many nearby restaurants and local businesses. I would highly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed each aspect of our stay. The home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any VRBO home we have rented. The neighborhood is the best in Tulsa. So close to Philbrook Museum, the Gathering Place, Discovery Lab, many restaurants, and shopping. Very nice pool, great bedrooms, and comfortable beds.

Seven of us were in Tulsa to visit relatives, and staying here was a fantastic decision! The house is clean, well-appointed and spacious with plenty of room for large groups to gather but also smaller areas for those who need a bit of quiet time. Everything was as described in the photos. The pool provided daily relief from the heat as well as great entertainment for the grandkids. There were plenty of linens, towels, a great washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect. It’s an easy walk to The Gathering Place and the Discovery Center. It’s also close to grocery stores and some great restaurants. It was only a 20-minute drive to the zoo. Gail is a fantastic host. She is very welcoming and responds quickly to any questions. I definitely recommend staying here!

My friends and family were in awe when we drove up to the house. It was magnificent! The neighborhood is right out of the pages of Architectural Digest ! Pool area is large and great for gatherings. Every room is full of charm and warmth! It was clean and comfortable. Great location in Tulsa. Would have loved to stay longer!

the mediterrean oasis was perfect for our gathering. plenty of room. the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. loved that. the large gas stove and frig was wonderful. the ice maker in the bar....perfect! plenty of towels and toiletries. felt just like home. if the opportunity arises again....we will be calling. thank you gail for your quick responses to our questions. you were a most gracious host.

This is an outstanding place to stay. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is near the Gathering Place and places to eat. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool and outdoor space kept the grandkids occupied. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Close to points of interest you would want newcomers to Tulsa to visit: The Gathering Place, Philbrook Museum, downtown sights. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay.

We stayed here with our family of four and another family of four. It was a great house. Fully stocked. Great neighborhood. Walking distance to the Gathering place. Centrally located to everything we needed and wanted to visit(Trader Joe’s, stores, restaurants, museum). Great communication with the host when needed. Comfortable home in every way. We loved our time here in Tulsa. Thank you!

This is a lovely old home located in the Maple Ridge area just north of Brookside. We enjoyed our Girl’s Weekend retreat. It’s cozy and just right for long conversations and running out for a quick lunch or dinner. The hosts could not have been better. Very good communication. We would stay again.

Gail was super accommodating for the entire trip. We appreciated an early check in. The house is big and beautiful. The stained glass with the sun was special. The bar area /family room was the perfect gathering place for a birthday party. The ice machine was a great addition. Plenty of towels and all the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend the is beautiful home.

Had such a wonderful time with family over Thanksgiving at this cozy getaway. 3 sets of adults were able to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms with an extra for the kids. Proximity to The Gathering Place was such a plus as we were able to walk there and tire out the 3-year old. The kitchen was perfect and well equipped for family dinners with enough room for everyone. Gail was such an immaculate host. We were missing a hair dryer and despite letting her know that it wasn’t a big deal she delivered TWO and ON THANKSGIVING to ensure that we weren’t inconvenienced in the least. Can’t recommend Gail or her home more and would love to come back in future.

Great house with all the amenities needed for a family wedding weekend in Tulsa. Great location too. We enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in the family room which included an ice maker and beverage fridge. Kitche. Had everything we needed.

This property is fabulous for an adult stay. It was clean, well-stocked, had a lovely pool and yard, and was easy in every way. The host was terrific with communication and so easy to work with. I loved the location near everywhere we wanted to go in Tulsa. In addition, the host made it easy without requiring a ton of work on our parts before we left the property. It was just leave and they do the rest...no taking out the trash, no washing the linens, no ridiculous rules. Loved this place. We will be back.

Not only was the house clean and comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely neighborhood. We made sure to take time every chance we got to go for walks through the neighborhood and nearby park. By far our favorite place to stay in Tulsa.

Gail is an amazing host, always there when I had a question or comment. The location was great and in easy walking distance to shopping, food and many fun activities. The neighbors were very friendly and very welcoming for our month long stay! We will definitely be back!

Our two families enjoyed our stay. Kids (and parents) loved the pool and the proximity to The Gathering Place. The home is beautiful and very comfortable with multiple spaces to relax. Our host responded quickly and was extremely helpful and flexible with us. Be sure to check out this home if you are looking for a fabulous Tulsa getaway!

Having grown up in Tulsa we still come back to Tulsa to visit family two or three times a year. Of all the places we have stayed this was by far the best. Beautiful quiet neighborhood just a short walk to The Gathering Place. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and everything you need is available. We just loved it! I’ll always check this listing for availability first when booking our Tulsa stays.

This home is beautiful and clean. The four bedrooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. The house is well-stocked and very cozy. The owner was easy and gracious in her communications. Gail truly made everything extra wonderful. The location is ideal - in a quiet neighborhood, and also close to a park and shopping. I hope to stay here again when I’m in Tulsa!

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving at this lovely home in Tulsa. We stay at 2-3 homes per year with our family in various states and this home was wonderful. Extra touches like the towels, the bed linens, treats in the kitchen just make the small things, special. Host, Gail was very responsive and helpful. All guests should really pay special attention when the host gives direction on parking as they did have a unit next to the building - but hey, we read the instructions. Would definitely stay here again to spend time with our Tulsa family. Thanks, Judi & Tim

This house is in a great location! SUPER close to Gathering Place and Discovery Lab and centrally located for other things in Tulsa. We're from Tulsa and have always enjoyed driving through this neighborhood so staying at one of these houses was a treat. House was not quite as clean as other homes we've stayed at and it was a bit cluttered, but by no means gross. Kitchen had very limited pans/utensils in it. Also lights flickered in the house a lot to the point of distraction. Upstairs railing was missing a stair rail (NOT on stairs but on landing) a small child could easily fit through and it would be a BIG fall. We bought a baby gate our first night to put at bottom of the stairs and never let our toddler loose in the upstairs. If staying with a small child I would definitely recommend making sure that was fixed before booking. We mentioned it to property owner (after our stay) but didn't hear back.

The location was so great being walking distance from the gathering place. Not sure if there is an easier way to get there but we followed the road. The kids loved the house and called in the mansion. We spent a lot of time in the backyard as the weather was great. The neighborhood was so cool, loved strolling through it, lots of old charm and some new modern builds. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this beautiful home this past weekend. It was GORGEOUS!! The host is VERY accomodating. All amenities were given. A 5 star experience. The location was in a beautiful neighborhood. The outdoor patio was wonderful. I can't say enough about this experience. There were 8 adults and we had so much fun. Attended the Tulsa Octoberfest, Tuls Aquarium, shopped, ate!! It was GREAT! I highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you, Gail! A very memorable weekend!
