Location is perfect. Very close to all of the districts/neighborhoods in the city. House is on a busy corner of a very nice neighborhood. We actually liked being on the corner so we felt like we weren’t disturbing the full time residents nearby. Host is very responsive and the check-in and check out process was very easy. Lots of room and 3 nice sized bathrooms were great for our group of 9.

Good location, lots of space, needs a little repairs at some places, and a little more cooking pans. And fans in all the bedrooms, was nice to have for cooling at hot summer days.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was kid friendly, clean and spacious with a clean pool. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the Tulsa area.

This house suited our needs very well. We liked the location, but the house is at the corner of a busy street and very close to I-44, so it is quite noisy. The pool was great for the kids. The host was very responsive. About half of the mattresses were sub-par. Otherwise the house was roomy and comfortable.

The house had more than enough space ! The area was safe and good location to go where we needed to go!

The house is furnished and decorated very well. The host is quick with communication and responsive to the small issues we had. There were so items left in one of the closets from the previous guest, one hot water heater was turned way down (he sent someone over to fix it as soon as we told him) and a couple of the beds were not comfortable to us although he said we were the first guest in two years to express that to him. Overall pleased with the house and the host.

The house was in a good location, had a few problem but over all worth the stay. The pool could use a heater so that it’s not so cold. Owners were nice and communicated with before check in. Very pretty house. Comfortable and didn’t have everyone stumbling over each other.

This is a great property that matches its VRBO description.

This house is lacking attention in many areas: Needs instructions on how to work the fireplace and TV. we were only were able to get into our own Netflix. No water hookup to the fridge so icemaker doesn't work. It appears no one ever walks through the house to check common things like replacing hand soap or light bulbs (master shower was totally dark). There were no towels in any of the bathrooms, eventually was able to scrounge a few up in a hall closet after texting the owner. The washer had mold where you put the detergent and stunk so decided against using it. Some of these things were mentioned in other reviews so seems like these are persistent issues that are not getting addressed. The Kitchen is not equiped well if you are wanting to cook. We've rented several homes and this was by far the biggest disappointment. Especially for the price we paid. This house has potential it's just overpriced for the way it's presented today.

This home is airy, bright, easy to find in a quiet location. The home is clean and well equipped. The pool was also very nice. The yard on the other hand needs a lot of work, but I did not need the yard anyway so that was fine.

First we had to remove the stinky trash left behind and find light bulbs as many lights were burnt out such as hall bath vanity, shower lights, and ceiling fixtures. There were plenty of towels but no hand towels and only 3-4 washcloths for the bathrooms as well as no body wash in the showers and tubs. There was shampoo and conditioner. The water was turned off for one of the master bath sinks. We turned it on. There no leaks noticed. The washing machine doesn't drain all the water and therefore starts to smell sour. I ran a bleach drain cycle to help but after a washed load of clothes the standing water is back. We killed several large bugs in the house. Found a prescription bottle of Gabapentin in the the kitchen drawer, just put it on a high shelf in the kitchen. The area around the pool was rather dirty and overall backyard was not a place we wanted to spend any time.
The house needs to be walked through and thoroughly looked at from a guest perspective. When in an unfamiliar house I like to be able to turn a switch on and walk into a well lit room.
The family room and kitchen area is nice and spacious with lots of seating. and updated nicely. The tv is nice with access to netflix but no local channels.
Overall we were disappointed. I've rented several vacation homes and this one was just overall lacking in making the weekend carefree as a paying guest. The house has great potential.

Family Time in Tulsa
My son is moving to Tulsa so this was our home base for a weekend exploration. House was easy to find. Located centrally to all attractions and restaurants. Very clean and stocked well. Beds, linens and towels good quality. Very spacious and the pool was ideal for adults and a 5 yr old. Paul was very responsive. And Justin was a phone call away. Both very helpful. Great place to stay. It was a little higher priced than I usually spend but worth it...
