House was very clean and spacious, and the pool/outdoor area was great!! Great way to keep cool even in this intense summer heat. Nice location too, close to lots of hikes and Palm Springs

We enjoyed the home and it exceeded our expectations. The home itself was beautiful, spacious and had every amenity you could ask for.
The pool however was freezing cold and we even paid to have it heated. We followed every instruction and even flagged to the pool guy but the pool heater still did not work. It was 95 degrees outside and the pool was freezing.
Even if the pool pump did work, you CANT heat both the hot tub and pool at the same time. So note that if you would like both heated, one will always be chilly

Overall a very nice property, well stocked home in quiet neighbourhood with a sunny, southern exposure. Outdoor patio area is well set up but tables, counters, chairs, etc. could use a cleaning/wipe down as part of pre check in cleaning. Shower is much hotter in the second bathroom compared to the ensuite shower.
After two days into the stay, the heater for the pool/spa failed to work properly. Vascasa 24/7 support was called a number of times and we were told a service tech would contact us to arrange a repair which never happened and the problem was never resolved. Very disappointing.

Lots of things needs attention
Was very happy when we saw the house when we arrived at 2:00 hoped to get in a little early as it was completely available but was not allowed to access the property until exactly 4:00 . So our second impression was not very good.
Once we did get in our initial thought was this was exactly what was advertised. Very clean and very comfortable but then things got funny. Here are some of examples.
Pool was supposed to be cleaned on Friday, we arrived on Friday it was filthy.
Fire pit didn’t work
BBQ had to be coerced to work
BBQ light didn’t work
Finding lights outside were very complicated
Lights in house were completely ridiculous could it all made no sense.
Tv and audio seemed to have potential and I am very good at that stuff but way to may remotes and way to complicated.
Water pressure in second bathroom horrible and water only gets Luke warm.
Microwave does not work properly.
Overall would give it a c- but with a few fixes could easily be an A.
Have been at several vrbos and was my least favorite.

We had a rocky start. The pool was dirty and a CO2 sensor kept going off. The person sent to fix it walked right in to the house without knocking or ringing the doorbell. My wife was just out of the shower. He spoke broken English so not sure who he was at first. Once initial issues addressed we really enjoyed our time there. The hosts provided fully stocked kitchen essentials and entertainment options. Shower was amazing and lovedthe private pool and hot tub.

Great Golf Getaway
We stayed here for a guys golf weekend. The location of the home itself was perfect based on courses we played and is close to several grocery stores. The house was great and was appointed with everything we needed. Outdoor pool, TV, and Grill were perfect! Along with how great this house is, we were impressed that all of the light switches were labeled so we didn’t have to figure any of that out. It was very convenient. The iPad that controls much of the house itself was super simple to navigate as well. We will definitely return to this house in the future.

House was clean and comfortable, hosts notified us of construction going on next door, we were concerned that this would be disruptive but honestly we barely noticed it. There is a housing project nearing completion behind the back wall, we had the waterfall on the entire time but still it was barely noticeable. The home is right near the Tennis Gardens and a short drive to El Paseo with many great restaurants in the area. House is very comfortable and nicely appointed. I will definitely stay here again but for longer next time. Would have been nice to be able to park a car in the garage but not a deal breaker and the garage is like a play room for kids so definitely a plus there.

Overall, I would say this place was nice. It had a very nice backyard, nice kitchen and the master bedroom was very nice and the larger bedroom was adequate. Nice location for what we needed as well. However, I do think there is some need for improvement. Our first issue was there is no flexibility with this location on early check in or check out. We were told before our stay we would be notified if we could check in early but on that day we were basically told this place does not allow either early check in or late check out. It would have been nice to know this when we booked as we might have selected a different location. The check in was 4 pm. In all my years of travel, I don't think I have ever had an issue getting in early to a place (hotel or air bnb) at least by an hour or two early. I think they need to have some more flexibility on this issue. Overall condition for the house was nice, but the location of all the lights and amount of remotes involved was confusing. Some of the switches for the kitchen lights were in the hallway, some in the dining room. It took a while to figure out. Also, the 3rd bedroom is very small and only has a full size bed. For 3 couples this presented a bit of a problem. Also, the couple that stayed in that room said the sheets were very rough in that bed. One of the people staying with us also thought the water temperature was not hot enough. The kitchen overall was well stocked but only had 6 dinner plates so they needed to be washed before each use. The pool was very dirty when we got there. We were told it was serviced that morning, but it felt dirty, and we ended up having to skim the pool for about 20+ minutes to get all the debris out. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who needs some flexibility on the check in and check out times and also not for 3 couples. I think the 3rd bedroom would be more suited for children. I will say the management company was very professional and responsive to all my questions.

Overall, the backyard made it worth it. Pool was a little difficult to operate. And not heated upon arrival as promised. The master bath shower does not drain... at all. You could only run water 2-3 minutes at a time for fear of it overflowing. The kitchen dishes were all dirty and each utensil had to be washed prior to use. The customer service was lacking. And we were mislead in booking, and could not have a late check out, forcing us out hours before our flight with Covid and no where safe to be even though no one else booked the home, and we offered to pay to stay for the few additional hours.

Very private and very fun back patio with a great grill, pool, pool table, fireplace, tv, fans, hot tub. Perhaps the coolest back yard for a small group wanting to relax and have fun in the day and cook out and play cards and pool at night.

Broken toilet
Overly complicated system for turning on lights and blinds etc. Everything in the house is run through an iPad. It’s annoying. Not clean from the last guests. Found a tips every where, shoes, pills, piles of dirt, open food jars, dirty sponges, etc. Just makes you wonder what they missed.
Maintenance crews on the roof at 7am...

Wonderful house and great location
A group of us girls stayed at this house for the tennis tournament. Our first impression when entering the house was how spacious and beautiful the house was. We all felt very comfortable immediately. The backyard is a true oasis! We enjoyed waking up and taking in the gorgeous mountain views while sipping our coffee outside. Everyone commented that they would stay there again! Thanks for sharing your house with us!!
