OUTDOORS
The property features a newly remodeled pool & spa with a tanning shelf, perfect for cooling off. Enjoy meals outdoors with the six person dining table. Prepare your favorite food on the 4 burner Weber Grill. Catch some sun on the chaise lounges. Enjoy the sunsets, mountain views and cozy up next to the firepit on the cooler nights.

INDOORS
The living room is spacious and bright, features a large sectional with ample space for sitting or watching your favorite sport or TV show on the 60in. Smart TV. For those who may need to work a small work desk is located next to the kitchen. The dining table located next to the kitchen features comfortable seating for six and is conveniently located. The kitchen is amply stocked with a new fridge and features gorgeous views of the yard and mountains. The property features full size laundry and a two car garage.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, 50in. Smart TV, large closets and an en-suite bath. The main bath features dual sinks, soaking tub and a shower. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, closet and a 46in. TV with Dish Cable Service. The twins room features two twin size beds, closet and a 42in. Smart TV. The restroom in the hallway is shared by both the guest bedroom and twins bedroom.

PET POLICY
This home allows 2- small dogs max.

Tennis Gardens are located half a mile from the front door, Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 1 mile away. The perfect Vacation Destination!!!! You bring the Sunscreen and we will supply the Sunshine!!

Our family of 4 stayed here end of July for 7 nights. We drove down from BC Canada and I wanted to give some details that hopefully will be helpful to other guests as I had a number of questions about the property and area, keeping in mind we were here middle of summer during an excessive heat warning When we arrived the road that Google maps says to take was closed. By the time we left it did look like Google maps had updated to show the closed road so hopefully other travellers won't have this issue. The pictures for the property really don't do it justice, it's much more open and spacious than it appears, we were all very happy and smiling entering the home the first time The living room couch is incredibly comfortable and much larger than it looks in pictures, the large TV was also very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were great, the master bedroom is huge. One slightly awkward aspect is the master bathroom/shower/sink area doesn't have a door, it's open to the main bedroom, the toilet itself does have a door however, but if you're showering and have kids you'll need to lock the bedroom door. The pool is nice and large, and due to the heat was very warm but still usable. Being outside during the day in 42-47 degree heat was only tolerable in short bursts, the umbrellas were great The BBQ looked brand new and worked great, I had to take a star off due to a minor ant/insect issue in the kitchen but it really wasn't a bother Overall a fantastic experience!

We had a couple issues that came up, garage door wouldn't close, ants in the kitchen and without water for a couple hours. When we reached out, we got quick responses and they were able to resolve the issue quickly. The water issue was due to the construction down the street so that was out of the managements control. They did offer another property to go to take showers but the water was back before we got to that. Would have been nice to have the sliding patio door working in the master bedroom. This is probably petty but there was only one chip clip and with the ants, would have been nice to have more but maybe people take them??? We just didn't have a great way to seal bags up. We loved the space we had, the home was furnished very nicely. We would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

We loved staying at this home. We were in town for a dance competition at a local hotel and this home was the perfect escape away from the chaos of the hotel. The neighborhood was so quiet, the home was so comfortable, and the pool was perfect to cool down in on the crazy hot days.

The property was great and we will be back for sure. A couple of things need a bit of attention. The umbrellas are broken pool floats are flat. The screen doors don’t work very well. And if you don’t have apps for tv well there will be no tv in. Master bedroom. Other then that it is a perfect place and perfect location and the pool is awesome!

Easy in and out. Comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood. Good location. Private yard. Nice BBQ. Slightly outdated but clean. The Bedroom slider does not slide well and came off the track. Appreciated the motorized window shades and temperature settings were perfect. Thank you. We enjoyed out stay.

This house turned out to be just what we hoped. Well equipped and great location. Our son got married at Indian Wells Country Club and it was very convenient to get there and back in preparation of the wedding. We even walked over to meet him for coffee

This property is just beautiful and perfect for a girls trip in the sun, which is what we came for. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from shopping and major highways to get around. The house has enough space for five people to be comfortable and have their space. The pool and hot tub make for the perfect afternoon get away, and we relaxed at night by the gas fireplace. Beautiful views of the mountains as you sip your coffee each morning. Can't say enough good things, and we will likely be back.

We were pleasantly surprised with how lovely and well appointed this property is. All the amenities you could need with extra touches of toiletries and coffee. The beds were very comfortable! Most appreciated was how clean and bright the place is. Very roomy master and master bath. Nice quiet neighborhood so I wouldn't recommend a loud group or late nights around the pool. We were there to golf and enjoy some pool time. The backyard is very private and the pool/hot tub were perfect. We didn't need to have the pool heated with the low to mid 90 temps during the day and cooler nights. It would have been nice to have a pool skimmer net because the nights were windy and the pool would get a fare amount of leaves. Thanks for your hospitality!

My wife and two young kids (3 & <1) stayed here for a week and loved it. The house is as described and presented in photos. It is in a quiet area close to everything and the backyard is great. Paid for the pool to be heated which was nice as we spent lots of time in there. Hot tub and patio firepit, as well as a nice grassy area and nice bbq meant we basically spent all our time outside which was perfect. We would rent this house again for sure.

Great location. Beautiful backyard, lovely pool and spa. Heater only works for pool OR spa, not both at the same time. So if you have multiple people in your group, you will have to choose which one you want heated.

This was a beautiful property, newly furnished, with very nice backyard and pool. Looked even better in real life than in photos. Added bonus was that it was dog friendly with nice neighborhood for walking and nearby dog park. Fantastic living room area with large screen TV, super comfortable master bed and spacious bath. A little pricier than we would like with some added property management costs, but the quality made it worthwhile. We would stay here again.
