My stay was great would definitely go back next year

Almost perfect. I could give you a 10 but because the smokers situation I give you 8.5👌

Comfortable, clean, quiet,

Even is a not smoking policy but need to designate a better area for smokers. Not allowing in front of the doors. I don't smoke but the person who rent next door room was like a chimenea at 6 am already smoking and every time I open the door all the smell get inside my room and give us nausea and headache. Appreciate if an any way the owner could provided an area far front doors like out of premises(sidewalk ) for smokers.

Absolutely disgusting. There were bed bug stains on the sheets and mattress. And when we told staff that we wanted a different room they said there was nothing wrong. And that there where no other rooms available. and went into the room and just put a new sheet on top of the dirty one. You heard that right. They left they dirty sheets on the bed and put a clean one on top of it to cover up the bed bug stains. When we told them we wanted a refund they then all of a sudden had an extra room available. And then they put up a fight when u said I wanted to check the room before they switched us, because I wasn't going to pay for a room that had the same problems as the first.

Great location

There is a difference between retro and old and worn out. Coffemakers were dirty and moldy and door and windows are not sufficient to keep out cold and damp on a rainy day.

Hotel was dirty, run down and didn't meet expectations.

The location was convenient for us as we had friends staying across the street and that hotel was unable to accommodate us for an additional night. The grills were a nice feature (we didn't use them tho)

The room smelled pretty musty and stale, the bathroom smelled as well. There was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower upon arrival, the tub had hair in it and the sink was dirty and dusty. The rug was damp. The tv was cracked and didn't work. A replacement tv was brought in with a remote that did not work. We slept for a minimum few hours and left as quickly as we could.

Good

The location was a very short walk from the beach and the boardwalk. There was also a partial view of the beach which was nice. My first impression walking into the room was that it was VERY clean which is most important to me. The pool was nice and the ping pong table was fun to use. I appreciated the quiet hours rule and the pool rules to reduce noise at night. Especially for Wildwood Crest where most hotels charge $300 a night, this motel was very reasonably priced!

Unsure how to describe the doors, but they had what was similar to window shutters on them. With the twist of a knob, you could open the "slats" on the door to allow a breeze from outside. The downside of these: hearing a lot of noise from people simply walking down the walkway or talking.

great location. restaurants everywhere in walking distance. quiet.

the only issue we had that the bed wasn’t very comfy. other than that we loved our stay at Bel air!

overall it was great

i liked that they were clean friendly service everything I needed they did with no attitude very polite

i wish the pool stayed open longer I think 7:30 is to late to close the pool. i feel like especially if your an adult!! the grill stays open till 11 so I think the pool should too. i think they will also get more Clientele if their pool was open late

Pretty decent stay. Just would of love to access pool.

The location was great. It was a quiet hotel.

The price for the cleanliness of the stay should of been better. I speak for the outside of the hotel and pool area. Would of loved to get in the pool but there was dirt all over top of it. The hotel was out dated but it wasn’t to bad.
