Our home is conveniently located on a mellow downtown residential street, with ample shaded street parking. Freeway access, shopping, Bidwell park, and CSU Chico are all within a five minute drive (or less!) and the tree-lined streets of the neighborhood are ideal for an afternoon stroll. This studio serves as the perfect home-base while you explore all that Chico has to offer.
The studio is your own private space. Ample street parking and keyless entry make things simple and convenient.

Enjoy your own private entrance to this clean and quiet studio. It is a secure and separate space from the main home, with no shared areas. The studio is quaint and sweet, tucked back behind the main home's garden along a nicely shaded path.
The brand new 12" Memory Foam mattress and room darkening shades let you cozy up and sleep in, while the generous natural light and fresh, earthy decor make even the shortest stays feel rejuvenating.
The kitchenette is equipped with a minifridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and bar sink to make quick breakfasts a breeze.
In response to recent feedback, we have updated the bed with a brand new, super comfy memory foam mattress 👍🏼☺️
Please note this is a guesthouse. While there are no shared spaces, the other home is occupied.
Our neighbors have notified us that there will be some construction next door beginning in late January. It will only be during standard hours and won't be on our property, but you may hear the work going on. Please keep this in mind when booking.
