trimmed with more of that oak mantel, pause just long enough to grab one of the plush towels and head out back to the deluxe 6 person hot tub, complete with water features, led lighting and blue tooth speakers.
After your relaxing time there, you can cool off with outside seating, and when you are ready for bed, there are full blinds and black out curtains. You might hear the train not too far from this quiet neighborhood, so earplugs are available for your use too.

This space was perfect for a weekend getaway. We were lucky to book it and get to see the eclipse. It was magical. The hot tub is very nice, a prefect way to end the day. They house was very clean and they have really thought of everything you could need for your stay.

Place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. Hot tub was glorious!

Clean and easy to access. Jennifer was super helpful and kind.

The hot tub was wonderful! The house has 3 decent bedrooms and the kitchen was very well stocked. It’s crazy that the kitchen is stocked so well since there is no dining room so making/eating meals is impossible.
Having the furnace within 7 ft of the living room is horrible. When it kicks in the TV has to be paused and all conversation stops. It’s like a small jet engine taking off just a few ft away.
Lastly the driveway is treacherous. No light near the driveway. Very narrow and broken up in chunks.
The house is probably the nicest house on the block, but all of the other rundown houses gave us a slight pause when we arrived. Location was a topic of conversation all weekend.

I set up a Sisters Weekend reunion for my wife and her sisters (60 year olds). They had a great weekend and a great visit together.
Good points = House was very clean - Beds were comfortable - Bathroom was very nice - Hostess was very easy to contact and communication was great - Hot tub looked good but weather did not permit usage - Entrance lock system was cool and easy to use.
Bad points = Driveway is very steep, very damaged and dangerous to walk on - No dining room table to eat at - House had an off odor throughout - had to spray with Febreze to help cover it up - Neighborhood is very rundown even though this house looked nice from outside - Not a covered patio.

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with a great location about a 5 minute drive from "downtown". Private backyard backing up to a hill and the back patio was nice especially the hot tub. Didn't read the manual til the end, so don't forget about the bluetooth speaker in the hot tub. :) Oh also, brace yourself for the steep driveway.

This house was the nicest on the street. Most others were in disrepair with gutters hanging off the house, dogs in front yards chained to trees. Broken furniture on front porches and in front yard and garbage piled up. Very economically depressed area. I did not feel safe to stay here. I expressed my concerns to the property owner and was told she disagreed. I did not stay here and booked a last minute hotel for personal safety reasons. Payed full price but wasn’t worth the personal risk!

We had a great time overall! House has been updated beautifully, was very clean, and we loved the artistic touches, but it had a noticeable unpleasant smell when entering- seemed strongest in middle bedroom so we kept that door shut. HVAC worked but it's extremely loud- hard to talk over in living room. Jennifer provided many supplies, towels, & thoughtful tips in binder- very appreciated. It'd be helpful to add a note on front door near the knob stating "do not lock doorknob when exiting" (keypad only controls deadbolt). When we locked ourselves out, Jennifer answered our call immediately and stayed on the phone with us while we got the key out of the lockbox (thank you!), but it was hard to get the box open. We loved the hot tub and it was clean, but I got chigger bites on my face that I'm pretty sure were from them climbing on the patio, then the hot tub, and then me while I had my head leaned back on the side of the tub. Found a few different bugs in the house, but we expect occasional bugs in an area near the woods. Tall grass on the hillside behind the house and weeds around house might make it more prone to bugs. I woke up with a little beetle of some kind crawling on my chest- unpleasant, but it was our last night, so I didn't tell Jennifer about it. Driveway is steep but has a flat area at the top that we parked in. Beds were comfortable. Miamisburg is a neat town, and we enjoyed the Ben Folds concert at the Rose Music Center!

Well stocked kitchen, beautiful hiking and biking trail 10 mins away, comfortable lodging.

We came from Georgia for a family baby shower. The house worked for what we needed it for. Rooms are small, bathroom is small, the back door is in one of the bedrooms, so for safety we had to be sure none of the children were in that room sleeping alone, a little apprehensive about the neighborhood upon arrival. All in all beats a hotel.

I really appreciated how well planned and put together the house was, from the binder explaining how to work the hot tub to the whiteboard with a kind message!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend attending the Ohio Renaissance Festival. The place was just like the pictures, very clean, and updated. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a huge plus! The neighborhood was quiet (except for a few trains but we didn't mind those) so nights out in the hot tub under the stars were fantastic. If we come back to ORen, we will definitely be staying here agaib!

This property fit our needs and was clean. Price was too high and the outside needs some TLC and the neighborhood is not the nicest. Hot tub was great!

Awesome experience
The property on the outside looks like a small little ranch home. The interior was totally redone and looks amazing. The kitchen is long and narrow, which makes it easy to work as a team to get things done. The bedrooms were amply large enough for suitcases and the beds were pretty comfortable. A few of the pillows were the "squeaky" kind, but I don't think you can fault anyone for that! The appliances were all brand new and easy to use. The only exception was the fridge in that it was new, but the racks were not in good position to put a gallon of milk on a rack. Would only fit in the door. The way the fridge was located, I don't think you can move the racks now? The bathroom was fully stocked including shampoo. (I had brought my own though) The washer and dryer were used often as we were in town for a soccer tourney and with teen boys, you need to wash those uniforms! The games in the closet were also used to keep everyone entertained. The hot tub was absolutely amazing. A little deep for short women, but otherwise amazing! The owner was very nice and responsive to all questions! The driveway is the only negative at all as it was more gravel than blacktop and a steep one. The train noise was none existent, but the air conditioner was pretty loud when in the house. I don't know how to fix that issue and no fault of the owner, just the way it is. GLAD we had air! 103 outside! The city of Miamisburg was the friendliest little town. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit!
