Our newly updated 3 bedroom, 1 full bath ranch home is a great place to stay while in the Cleveland area. Located in the beautiful and quiet Westlake neighborhood. It's just minutes from the Cleveland Zoo, Crocker Park, downtown Cleveland and so much more! The backyard is spacious with a new patio deck and seating to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig Coffee maker while spending time with friends or family in the living room watching a movie on the Smart TV. All three bedrooms are spacious and will leave you well rested for whatever the day awaits! Towels, bed linens, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are just a few of the many essential items included in your stay. Whatever you need, this is the perfect home for business or pleasure.

This was perfect for me & 3 of my friends. Close to the I-X Center, where we were all week as well as places to eat (we recommend Fat Head Brewery…it was awesome). Place was exactly what we needed and the host was very easy to deal with! Thanks!

House was described and listed accurately. Cute and quiet neighborhood. Lots of deer feeding in the yards. Very comfortable furnishings, couch and queen bed very comfortable, slept well. Jason was great to work with, our dog enjoyed it as well. Would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Westlake, Ohio. The area was quiet and a great place to return to after a day of adventures. The house was clean upon arrival and they even had games and toys that my teen and son enjoyed. We even got to see 2 deer feeding on the tree leaves in the backyard one night while cooking dinner.

We stayed two weeks to be close to family on the west side and could not have been more happy. We found the property be super clean really convenient to both I 480 and I 90 highways and a short commute to some great areas to explore, Huntington Beach, Lakewood Crocker Park, Vermillion, etc. easy drive is some great restaurants and Mom and pop hole in the walls with phenomenal wings and burgers. We liked it so much. We have already booked our next stay. Property manager was very responsive to any questions that we had. Wish I could give it more than five stars.

I’m jealous of how quiet the neighborhood was! I wish my own was so peaceful. The house is darling and immaculately clean. I stayed here with my aging mother. This was our first time in a vacation rental and the experience couldn’t have been better. The host was helpful answering my questions. We didn’t experience any issues; we had a wonderful stay. We were in town to visit my brother and will definitely stay here again next time.

Home was clean, the hosts were great, and everything was there to enjoy a very comfortable stay. We were here on business and it sure as heck beat any hotel! You’re very close to a lot of amenities. Great restaurants and beautiful Lake Erie.

Our second time staying here. Convenient to all locations we need in the West Cleveland area. Close to airport, local family in Avon Lake, friends in Berea, Westside Market, and downtown. Comfortable house with everything we need. Will definitely stay here again when coming for a visit.

The house was so comfortable and was just like the pictures. We felt like it was a home away from home! The street was quiet with close access to the highways, stores, and restaurants. We saw deer almost everyday which was amazing. I will definitely stay at this house again.

We found this home to be a perfect fit for us to visit our grandkids....great house to relax, very clean, & a central location for restaurants, the lake, & all things to do in the area. I’m from the area originally-back for a wedding. Great location and perfect little one floor home. That was important to me as my husband is disabled. Great neighborhood for my morning walks and decent little deck if only there wasn’t any snow! Lol it’s not huge but quite adequate. I’d stay again.

The house was so cute and just what we needed! The street is amazingly quiet, which let us relax in the evenings and sleep well. The pictures are accurate to what the house is. I highly recommend staying here. Very close to shopping, Lake Erie, the Metroparks, and only about 20 minutes to downtown Cleveland. Lovely place to stay!

We left two days early. I talked to the host but he refused to provide us with a refund. The issues: The two exterior lights by the front door don't work. We told host. He said a switch needed to be on in the house. Both switches were on but no lights. He didn't fix the problem. There are no handrails on the front porch. Getting out the front door in the dark could be dangerous. Lights and router were unplugged when we arrived. No instructions to plug everything in. There was old food under the couch. The bath towels looked like they had been purchased from Goodwill. There were no mattress pads on the queen/double beds. Double bed sheets and comforter were stained. Had they been washed lately? The mattresses had a protective plastic cover on them that made noise at night when moving on the bed because there were no mattress pads. No garbage can liners in the house. I guess we were supposed to bring our own. Only one soap pod for the clothes washer and one pod for the dishwasher. I don’t use pods, so not sure which pod went to what machine. I guess we were supposed to bring our own. Two Teflon pans were so scratched I didn't cook on them for fear of ingesting toxic material. The was no head or footboard on a bed. The porch furniture in the back of the house was damaged. Update your VRBO pictures! Sleeping arrangements for six but there is only seating for 4 at the tiny kitchen table. Maybe the host could use some of our non-refunded money to make upgrades.

We had a great time and found the house to be perfect for our sister Ranger baseball weekend. The best unexpected event was the 6 deer greeting us on the driveway when we arrived. The inviting yard will have you watching deer and the black squirrels yunique to Cleveland.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house was very nice; easy to find, clean and comfortable. We stayed a few days, mostly to access Cleveland so did not take advantage of much in the area but there was a lot of shopping and recreation close by. Jason was great; we had a mishap one night, sent him a message through the app for assistance and he got right back to us with a solution. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

This place is perfect for your family to stay at. My daughter absolutely loved the children’s room. The host provides toys, books and games and she really enjoyed them. It is in a very relaxing and peaceful location. Our only downfall was the grill not working (we were prepared to cookout), however we found a grate and ended up cooking over the open fire, which was even better! It was a win win. Would stay here again for sure!

We loved staying here. Such a cute home in a nice neighborhood. It was near everything we needed. The home had a nice layout and plenty of space for us to spread out and relax at the end of the day. Enjoyed coffee by the big picture window in the front each morning. Loved watching the little critters and saw a mama deer and her fawn twice while we were there. Would definitely return. We stayed at this property for 4 days. Comfy bed, kitchen had a super nice blender, and was well appointed. We only ate breakfasts and lunches at the property. It’s a very quite, nice and safe neighborhood. Will stay again when we return.

Convenient to everything that is Cleveland. In town for holidays with local family. 2 days in, nasty winter weather hit. Had to cancel some plans and just stayed warm in the house. Grocery store close for provisions. Owner promptly cleared driveway and spread de-icer. Great rental house. All you need; kitchen, laundry, Roku TV. Water was hot and furnace kept us cozy. Will definitely stay again if they will have us.

Came from Connecticut and took my 91 year old mom out of her Assisted Living apartment to offer some moral support, time with family and a change of scenery during a stressful family time. Jason was a great host with a pleasant one level home. The home was immaculate and well enough stocked for two people. Beds were comfortable as was living room furniture. Rooms were a nice size and we liked the flow of the layout which had some nice quiet space for a smaller home. The appliances are very new and clean and there were enough dishes and cookware to make a couple dishes for Thanksgiving with family. Jason was easy to reach and replied expeditiously before and during our stay. His replies were genuinely thoughtful and shows he cares about his guests. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a very nice visit Jason.

We needed somewhere for my family to stay for a wedding in the area and this home was exactly what we needed. The property is in a quiet location with very little traffic. It is perfect for two couples and 2 kids. The bunks are ideal for children only. It has all the basics for what you need. Don't expect an over abundance of amenities like some other properies, but had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Jason made sure we had what we needed and offered us early check in. Thanks!
