They said they would clean the room every other day. We stayed 4 nights and it was never cleaned. Not a huge deal, but they shouldn't claim something they don't mean. Stayed there for the EV charger they offered. It was Loop. A little difficult to get to work. We only ate the free breakfast on the morning of our departure, but there wasn't enough room, so we took it up to our room.

We liked the hotel, the only thing that needs to be posted is how the airport shuttle works, specify the pick-up place, we were waiting over an hour where “all shuttles” pick up passengers and after a couple of calls to the hotel we found out they don’t pick up at the shuttle area, they picked us up at arrival’s door 7.

We need a place to say near the Cleveland Airport that offered shuttle service. This was perfect for that. The shuttle driver was excellent and we left when scheduled at 4:30 a.m. Two minor quibbles: there was no one at the front desk for a few minutes when we arrived. Also, a confirmation email we received from hotels.com provided a link to use digital key service with hotel, but the link redirected to a page not found (404 error). The confirmation number from the hotel was required and we did not have that. I tried to message the hotel using the hotels.com app requesting the confirmation number, but never received a response. We ate at a Macaroni grill restaurant that was within walking distance of the hotel.

I’ve stayed at this Hampton annually since 2016 and have always been pleased. This time the following occurred: 1. TV in room not working 2. Laundry facility out of order 3. I requested housekeeping which didn’t happen

Great hotel close to the airport. Nice quiet area with ample parking. They offer transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was great and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is great. Would definitely stay here again. If you need a good hotel close to the airport this is it.

We’ve stayed here for many years when visiting family in the area. It’s always solid if unspectacular. The rooms are large and the staff is helpful. The lady at the breakfast buffet makes sure things are well stocked and chats with you. The hot water isn’t very hot and the towels are scratchy. The view from the front rooms is pretty when the leaves are changing on the hills.

I stayed at this hotel overnight on a cross country road trip. We arrived late at night and were very greeted by Steve who was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the service was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was far from clean. There was spit on the bathroom mirror, the sheets had not been changed on one of the beds . Toilet was not clean. I had yet to check out and I came back to the room to find a cleaning lady in our room. I was shocked. I find that deeply disturbing. The front desk staff was were nice. The staff said they would contact You.

Customer service is on point, especially Steve. He was extremeeelllyyy nice and was very helpful as we was trying to check in. Hotel is pretty clean. Breakfast was presentable, testable, and durable. 10/10. Id enjoyed by stay. Plus, they also had the shuttle available as early as 5am.

Our AC did not work. I asked for maintenance. Not available on the weekend. I asked for access to the breaker panel to reset the AC. They would not allow me do it. The following morning they let me access the breaker panel. Had the AC going in 5 minutes. Property was sold out. Couldn’t swap rooms.

I selected this hotel in part because it had a shuttle to and from the airport. I called for the shuttle and after 40 minutes of sitting in the hot sun at the shuttle stop I had to call again. They finally came after more than an hour..
