Other Things to Note:
WATER USAGE:
Cobalt Cabin is a rural forest property and is on hauled water. Please be conscientious of your water usage. Bringing in drinking water can help conserve water as well as limiting shower times when possible.

INTERNET, STREAMING, AND CELL RECEPTION:
We have recently installed STARLINK satellite internet service at the property (Very Rare in the National Forest)! Broadband speeds are the strongest in the area and support work from home, multiple devices steaming video, and other bandwidth hungry tasks.

HEATING:
All rural homes in this development are heated by propane which is very expensive. We have left multiple electric heaters on the property which run more efficiently as well as a bundle of firewood for each stay (Dry risky season excluded). Please make use of other heating options if and when possible and lower the thermostat temperature when away from the property.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as the reservation. There is an added 25$/night fee for each guest over 4 to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage.

Cobalt Cabin is in the perfect location. My granddaughters absolutely loved the swings and the play house. We told ghost stories at night. They loved the cabin so much they didn’t even want to do anymore activities away from the cabin. Only went to Bearizona then directly back to the cabin. Cooking in the kitchen and playing pool and the outdoor area were all spectacular! We created the most amazing memories thanks to this beautiful cabin! Thank you for the memories! We will return!

Everything was great. My boys(9yr and 6yr) really enjoyed the playground/tree house on the property. My only issue was the location. The description made it sound like you were secluded. Both homes on either side are very close. Other than that, great stay!!

We love staying here and have stayed here one other time. However, this time there was a management company in charge of the cleaning and communication for the property, instead of the owner. The cabin felt much more run down and overlooked than it did during our previous visit. Some examples: there was a hole in the dry wall right when you walked in the front door, a missing towel bar in the bathroom, lots of leaves in the gutters of the home, torn/incomplete blinds in the kitchen, and depleted snacks (that were promised in the description) and kitchen necessities (which we had to purchase). We also didn't realize until check in that we were responsible for filling up the two empty propane tanks that were left for us. When we inquired, we were told that this notification was in the listing; however, if this is the way the property rental is going to work, it should be in the upfront description rather than a notification upon arrival based on the remoteness of the location. We received two duplicate emails from the property management company whenever they communicated with us and overall it just wasn't as put together as it had been previously. You could tell that when the owner ran things, the place was not only in better condition but it was well stocked with necessities and provided a more welcoming and comfortable stay.

I had an amazing experience with my family. It was the first time that my family of 3 generation got together and went to Grand Canyon, Sedona and more. Kids enjoyed the playground and grandparents really enjoyed the large living room with a pool table. There is nothing better than this cabin for us. Thank you Ryan for your hospitality!

Two families came up with the side by sides. The younger kids LOVED the playhouse. It was easy for us to go adventure out on the trails close to the house. Loved it! We will be back!

My husband and I brought our adult children and a 17-year-old grandson (7 of us) to the Cobalt Cabin for a long summer weekend. We spent our days exploring Williams, Sedona, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon. It was an excellent location and lovely property. The host is excellent communicator and easily accessible. I wish we had found this place when our kids were younger - the outdoor play area for kids is incredible!!

Overall a super cute cabin home. We loved everything about our stay other than the fact that there was no propane stocked for the fire pit. Overall only 1 tank had a small amount left that barely cooked our burgers. Being up north in the woods and having a fire go hand in hand but we were unable to enjoy that feature and were directed to go fill them ourselves. With how expensive these stays are nowadays I don’t think it’s too much to expect to have those stocked.

The Kobalt Cabin was a great place for a large family. Clean warm and inviting. Plenty of space for everyone from my 3year old granddaughter to my 87 year old mom. The area was quiet and easily accessible. I loved the kitchen. We had everything we needed to feed a large family. The hosts were responsive and helpful from the initial booking process through check out.
